Comfort, location in centre of city, meels. no easy access to wireless internet, only wodafoon, but its possible bay by credit card (only be mobil phone sms). |

We did not like the view of the room. They changed with a better one on our request. The location of the hotel is very close to almost anywhere you would like to be in Lisbon. Very poor quality of coffee at breakfast. |

Very centrally located with access to metro, buses,trams to most attractions. The hotel is clean, well organized, good breakfast. Very good choice all in all. It si very busy and the staff are not well versed with tourist informations. They will hand out Grey Line tour brouchures. You may have better luck with the doorman on information. |

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was good . Location is so close to the shops , sights and resteraunts The toilet was too close to the sink. Hot Water was actually cold on the evening but ok again in the morning. The beds were uncomfortable eg hard |

Excellent location, very efficient and friendly staff at reception. My room was very spacious and confortable. Very good breakfast. No wi-fi in rooms, big drawback for business travellers. |

The location was just right for a city trip and the hotel was clean with an 'antique' atmosphere. The beds were far below a comfortable standard and did not sleep very well. |

The city location and close proximity to the castle. The helpful staff and always taxis and other forms of transport immediately available. The lovely comfortable lounge area was very quiet and relaxing and perfect to sit and unwind after a busy day sight seeing. We will always choose this hotel when we visit Lisbon again. Just splitting hairs but it was a little noisy from outside traffic and although the breakfast was very good the coffee from a machine was not. Fresh coffe would have been lovely. |

I liked the lokation, the staff, the spatious clean rooms, the safety aspect. I didn\t like the "bus tour" organized via the hotel. It turned out to be a day out in a car. Just the two of us and a driver. The lokations to see were either closed or barred for us due to other arrangements. The driver did his best but I think 87 euro per person was a bit stiff prize, when nothing really was paid for exept a lunch meal. |

I have to admit that I have never met such unfrinedly hotel staff. Due to this fact I will never comeback to Lisboa. Unfriendly, unhelpful,impolite, rude, arrogant, unproffesional. |

The location is excellent, right on one beautiful square, and within a 5-minute walk of the two most important squares in the city. Very easy metro and trolley access too. Several problems. The most irritating was having to wait in line, sometimes fairly long, for a breakfast table. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but they seat each group individually, which is slow, especially when they host tour groups, Also, their hot water system was out one day. Finally, many hotels at this level offer free internet, but they charge quite a bit for theirs. |
