Hotel Mundial

Bardzo podobało nam sie położenie hotelu, w samym centrum miasta, bardzo blisko atrakcji turystycznych i zabytków Lizbony. Bardzo dużą zaletą jest też bezpłatny parking hotelu, gdyż w okolicy nie ma gdzie zostawić samochodu. Mimo położenia w centrum miasta w pokojach jest cicho

Location To Town + Staff At Reception Desk

I liked the lokation, the staff, the spatious clean rooms, the safety aspect.

I didn\t like the "bus tour" organized via the hotel. It turned out to be a day out in a car. Just the two of us and a driver. The lokations to see were either closed or barred for us due to other arrangements. The driver did his best but I think 87 euro per person was a bit stiff prize, when nothing really was paid for exept a lunch meal.

The location, comfertable, quiet and nice rooms.

The location is excellent, right on one beautiful square, and within a 5-minute walk of the two most important squares in the city. Very easy metro and trolley access too.

Several problems. The most irritating was having to wait in line, sometimes fairly long, for a breakfast table. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but they seat each group individually, which is slow, especially when they host tour groups, Also, their hot water system was out one day. Finally, many hotels at this level offer free internet, but they charge quite a bit for theirs.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, well appointed rooms. Efficient reception.Excellent central location.

Better choice of fruit and cereal at breakfast

The location of the hotel is brilliant, the shopping, restaurants and park are all within walking distance. The view from top bar is amazing, breakfast is excellent and nice outdoor area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful but the booking in desk was very slow and the staff not very chatty.

the breakfast was very rich and it was well organized, so we didnt have to wait at all for a table. the room was very big.

1) the room had a very bad and intense smell, that probably came from the pipes of the bathroom, so they must be more careful with that. 2) the breakfast was till 10, and most of the people went that time, so if it was till 11 it would be better. 3) they didnt have slippers and though we asked they didnt bring any. 4) although the room was triple there were only 2 sets of towels in the room and had to ask for the third.5) they didnt write anywhere the number to call the reception.

great location, at walking distance of the heart of the city, breakfast is great (fresh fruit every day......), rooms are nice and clean

The hotel was centrally located, the breakfast had a wide variety of choice. There was a roof top terrace with stunning views across the city. A tram station opposite which took you to different parts of Lisbon. We especially enjoyed the trip up to the Castle.
