Удачное расположение отеля в центре города.Хорошие большие номера.Приветливый персонал.

Невкусные завтраки. Отсутствие балкона в номере.Проблема дождаться лифт утром.

Расположение почти в самом центре города, равно удален почти от всех достопримечательностей. Транспортная доступность. Просторные, чистые номера с индивидуальным кондиционером. Вкусный, обильный завтрак.

Внести разнообразие в завтраки (они абсолютно одинаковы каждый день). Оборудовать номера более современным и удобным феном. Не хватает помощи носильщика, так как этажей много, коридоры длинные.

Нам очень понравился отель, расположение, обслуживание номера, завтрак, все отлично. Даже народные песни под окном по вечерам - очень колоритно. Если не нравится - можно закрыть окно. Единственное, что вызвало легкое недовольство - это то, что когда при отъезде мы попросили разделить счет за номер у человека на ресепшен это вызвало недовольство, которое он даже не пытался скрыть.

good location, value for money

The location of the hotel is very convenient to cultural interest spots and to various types of excellent public transportation; the breakfast is a veritable banquet; there is great closet and drawer space; there is plenty of room for two people; the cleaning staff is competent and gracious; the beds are great.

The first two nights, there was a problem with the air-conditioning which finally resulted in a room change...and even then it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the room; we weren't sure whether the temperature was controlled centrally or whether we should have been able to set our preferred temperature individually. In any case, the remaining nights were comfortable (a bit too cool, but better than too hot....).

I like that the hotel is in the center of Lisboa. Near all the thing you want to do. Near tram and metro.

for a 4 star hotel there should have been tea making facilities in each room and an iron for your clothes

My parents stay there regularly when flying out of Lisbon Airport and are very happy with all aspects of the service they receive. They particularly enjoy having a meal in the hotel restaurant.

Location ideal for seeing Lisbon. Also close to a variety of Restaurants. The free garage parking is a plus point in its favour.

The location is quite noisy at night which is not a problem if one keeps the windows closed. This however does rely on the air-conditioning to be working - which in our room it was not. The over-bath shower was difficult to operate.

We liked that the Hotel was situated in the heart of the city near the Castle and provided a good base for sight seeing. The operator was kind enough to make phone calls for us to inquire about dinner and rental car reservations

We did not like the surroundings and view from the hotel room seemed run-down.

The locoation was perfect to enjoy the old city of Lisbon....so much within walking distance....close to Metro and trams also. There was a very nice breakfast buffet.

There wasn't a knowledgeable concierge to help us make touring decisions.

The reception staff lacked communication skills amd made me feel as if I was a nuisance to them.
