Envolvente jardim/beira-mar. Conforto do quarto, TV, equipamento da casa de banho, portas empenadas,...péssima relação qualidade-preço, cobrança de 1ª noite, com a reserva Booking. |

Localização e sossego. Spa - Dado que o tratamento terapêutico com areia tem condicionantes clínicas, devia ser facultado o acesso a um médico. Hotel - Equipá-lo com elevador ou, na pior das hipóteses, haver alguém que transporte as malas para o 1º. andar. |

Do exterior do hotel, esplanada apesar de fechar às 17 horas, pelo menos enquato a minha estadia que foi de 25 de junho a 1 de Julho, a simpatia de quase todos os funcionários. Penso que a fiscalização em Porto santo não existe, porque de contrário esse hotel estaria fechado, em relação `limpeza dos quartos, meu deus, Perigos, muitos na piscina, há quinas por todo o lado, escorregadia, degraus invisiveis, corrimão, nao existe. Pelo amor de deus, tirem lá uma estrela e olhem que já ficam bem com 3 e consequentemente baixar o preço que é muito elevado para a qualidade que podem oferecer. E não deixem de contratar mais pessoal é muito escasso por aí.Espero que este comentário de alguma coisa sirva para melhorar a nossa estadia. |

Da localização e da tranquilidade do hotel modernizar e remodelar os quartos e corredores do hotel, para ficar mais de acordo com as vilas. Os comandos e a televisão dos quartos deviam ser actualizados |

La posizione sulla spiaggia e la spa molto bella; l'albergo non è troppo grande e ben frequentato, tranquillo: non abbiamo trovato comitive rumorose. Molto carino il bar sulla spiaggia con ottimi piatti. |
