We have often stayed at t his hotel before it was upgraded. It is more comfortable now, has a great location, and offers parking, a must in Alcobaca nowadays. |

Its located in center of city. Its clean and simple. The breakfast was simple but enough. Good value for money and location. Have a private and free garage for parking. The AC sochet in the room was out of order. Had to plug in the hairdryer in TV intake. |

For that price, it was incredible to get a room facing the beautiful church and the main square. It was far the best value for money on our whole trip to Portugal. |

How close it was to the Monastery. The rooms could be cleaner....my pillow had hair on it...which did not belong to me... |

Value for money factor is the predominant here in hotel. Hotel is situated in the centre of the town just in front of the "Mosteiro" thet is world heritage by Unesco so there is quite nice view from the room. In other factors the hotel is just average, but for the price is worth. |

Modern-looking facility. Room had great view of the town square and monastery. Good breakfast (included). Smell of sewage in hallways at times. Front desk personnel rather brusque. Parking for small cars only. Room tended to be cold. |

Great relation price-quality, nice view from the room. The pillows were not that comfortable, but as we said that to the receptionist they replaced the pillows. Free room service (with inexpensive products) is just great if you don't want to leave your room! The breakfast was not that much, but it is ok for the price you pay. |

It was beautiful. We had a private patio and the convenience to the church just outside the door was wonderful. Secure, locked inside parking was also very nice & easy to use. Not a thing...breakfast was very nice, staff friendly, etc. |

Person at front desk, when we checked in, was excellent. other front desk persons varied.Breakfast selections is pretty poor. Room was comfortable, although cold (heat ought to be provided in November, Your bread choices is very poor, especially since there are excellent available breads in town. Milk for coffee was requested from breakfast-attendant. we had to remind her 10 minutes later. |

Central location near the monastery, parking space. The hotel is too old-fashioned, needs to be modernized. |

Excellent price, very small charge for extra bed. Very nice staff, staff speaks English, the hotel is very central, right across from the monastery. A little dated, needs to be modernized. The hallway and lobby furniture is from the 70'S. The carpets need changing. Good value, though. |
