Location and ease to find

large older hotel with no restaurant or snacks or bar, seemed better fit for large groups for which they cater food.

Very close to citi center

The location is perfect for visiting the Monastery in Alcobaca. We had a great view of it from right across the street. Close to good restaurants, secure parking in the hotel garage, it was a highlight of our trip.

Professional staff. Nice welcoming. Wonderful breakfast.

Superb location in the town (probably the best of all the hotels) with large veranda with un- obstructed view overlooking the convent. Excellent helpful, service oriented personnel, convenient underground secure parking, a good breakfast, wifi and an attractive comfortable reception/bar area with reasonable prices. Several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We'll be back.

The location next to the monastery. We mainly booked this hotel because we needed a baby cot and a parking. The parking was good and quiet protected. The room was quite okay.

The staff were barely helpful, breakfast was chaotic and half way through ran out of eggs and bacon. Rooms were adequate but not three star. Air-conditioning hopeless, it leaked water all the time onto the carpet and we had to change room because water got into the fan motor and jammed it, even though I had warned the staff it was leaking. Hotel catered for large parties and there were three coach loads while we were there. Not a place for a quiet stay!

The hotel is quite simple but comfortable. Staff is always very helpful. Free private parking. Superb location, couldn't be any closer to main attraction. Even though Alcobaça does not have too much to see, it's a great hotel to stay and visit other cities nearby.

O hotel fica em frente ao Mosteiro de Alcobaça, principal atração turística da cidade. é simples, mas tem preço justo.

Havia grandes grupos turísticos hospedados no hotel, que se movimentavam em conjunto, e ocupavam o elevador por dezenas de minutos, impedindo os demais hóspedes de circularem pelo hotel. Eram também muito, mas muito barulhentos, embora se tratasse de uma excursão de idosos espanhois. Recomendaria o hotel a quem quisesse se hospedar em Alcobaça, mas não recomendaria a hospedagem na cidade. Ficar em óbidos, Batalha ou Aveiro pode ser muito mais interessante.

La situation géographique par rapport aux nombreux sites à visiter dans le centre du Portugal

A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, notre réservation pour 3 nuits via Booking.com n'avait pas été enregistrée. La réception nous a tout de même trouvé une chambre de 3 personnes dans laquelle a été ajouté un lit de camp pour un de nos enfants.

Exquisito el trato del personal, siempre atentos. Principalmente lo elegimos por poder alojarnos con nuestro perro para lo cual todo fueron facilidades. Sin duda volveremos a repetir.

A localização do hotel é excelente, mesmo ao lado do mosteiro e muito próximo da zona histórica. Os quartos não são luxuosos, mas são limpos, espaçosos e têm uma insonorização razoável. O pequeno-almoço tem uma variedade aceitável e os paezinhos de leite são magnificamente deliciosos! Nota-se que o hotel já não é recente, mas a qualidade-preço é muito boa, especialmente se se considerar a sua localização centralíssima.
