This is the second time we have stayed there within a month and, as before, found the room to be very spacious, the breakfast good and the staff very helpful. The hoytel is well situated in the city centre and has adequate car parking. It ticked all the boxes for us!! |

Helpful staff. Room Available early. Very good location. Good breakfast. Easy access parking. Our request for a quiet room was noted. Lack of toiletries/ haidryer, but this was commented by previous guests so we were prepared for this |

Large room with terrace, very clean. The breakfast was more varied than most hotels provide in Portugal, very delicious as well. The location couldn't be better. |

The room was very clean and tidy and there were great views from the window The decor was dated and the staff at reception were not very welcoming. They seemed a bit bored of their jobs |

The hotel is in front of Mosteiro de Alcobaça and very near of plenty of nice visitinf spots. Hotel staff if friendly and always available to help and please. Room carpets should be replaced. |

I like the convenient location of the hotel. It is located right in the center of the town. Restaurants, monuments etc are a walk-distance away from the hotel. |

we checked out very early because of our travel arrangements, but the hotel receptionist did everything so that we could have a decent breakfast. We was incredibly helpful there was not any shampoo or shower gel in the room; no hair drier, either |

All the receptionists that I talked to spoke english very well. The view from my room, out over the monastary, couldn't be any better. Located in the centre of the city. The whole hotel is very nice and clean. Finally their prices, you get more than what you would usually pay for in a larger city. |

We asked for a quiet room and were happy with their choice for us, it was large and comfortable. There was also a good choice of breakfast foods. We had a pleasant and relaxed stay. We could probably have used some shampoo/gel sachets for the bathroom. |

Excellent location just across from Monastery. Amazing rate though I don't think lots of people stay in Alcobaca long. On-site parking which is really convenient. And there is great restaurant nearby called D. Ines de Castro (on A. Herculano str.) which we considered to be the best place in Portugal. The staff wasn't friendly and the breakfast... You really don't have a lot to eat. Room was smelly and there were no showergel in bathroom. |

We have often stayed at t his hotel before it was upgraded. It is more comfortable now, has a great location, and offers parking, a must in Alcobaca nowadays. |

Its located in center of city. Its clean and simple. The breakfast was simple but enough. Good value for money and location. Have a private and free garage for parking. The AC sochet in the room was out of order. Had to plug in the hairdryer in TV intake. |
