Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

nice location, good room with lovely river view, quiet and good spa facilities spa and pool area is a bit run down. Not great breakfast in terms of quality of food and drink |

views of river, size of room, quiet location of hotel, the attention paid to requests made at booking for a quiet room on a high floor. The special offer price, the excellent english spoken by all reception staff. Handy for airport metro (change at Verdes) meaning no car hire needed for a long weekend break split betweeen here and Porto. Kind of hard to find in the dark - few street signs and even fewer street lights. Ten minute walk from Sta Clara metro was fine with weekend bags, until the mega steep hill at the end. Next day, the walk back from town appeared to be pushing several pensioner guests towards angina attacks. Couple of minor niggles: overpowering smell of ant powder/insecticide in hotel corridors - previous booking. |

The quietness and siteseeing was something we profit in our staying. The shouer does not work properly, the water come out easilly.Few staff at beakfast time and a very small room for all the existing people. |

La cercanía a O Porto, y a Vilanova do Conde. Que no tenía la piscina operativa y el hotel nos ha dicho que todos las páginas de internet sabía que estaban haciendo reformas en el hotel y que booking nos debería de avisar. Fuimos y no se podía utilizar la piscina |

alojamento e area de apoio. A recepção foi muito boa. Restaurante podia ser melhor. A ementa pouco variada em peixes e poderia ter comida tipica da região. O serviço deixa a desejar (colocar a cuba de gelo para o vinho a 1,5m da mesa e não servi-lo...é obvio que tive de me levantar e ir buscar a garaffa). Quarto banho sem nada. |

buenas instalaciones con bonitos rincones, vistas estupendas, desayunos en la terraza estupendos con vistas al río poco personal, comunicación con la recepción desde el balneario ya que si tienes algún problema tienes que cambiarte y subir a recepción |
