close to the airport, a pool This is a totally depresive hotel not worth staying to begin or end your holiday. It looks like a old retairment home next to the highway. The staff gives the wrong information( you don't have to go to Faro for a supermarket or a bar just follow the right street from the hotel and it's only a few minutes walking),if you don't have any allergies you defenly get is staying in that dusty room. They don't serve fresh fruit order juices what someone wrote. |

The room was clean No restaurant facilities. Difficult to find. Breakfast did not start until 7.30am - not good if catching an early flight and the hotel sells itself as being the nearest to Faro airport. Beds were very hard. |

A good one night stopover for airport with free courtesy bus to Faro and airport. Inexpensive snack meals available in bar. Long wait to be served with food. (One hour) a a more frequent time table would be appreciated for the courtesy bus. |

We only stayed for one night before catching a flight the next morning, but it was great value for money, staff very friendly and helpful, only 5minutes away from the airport and about 10monutes from faro city itself. The hotel had breakfast all you need in the morning and a lovely swimming pool relaxing area for day/evening time relaxing. |

Convenient for visiting the surrounding towns. Close to the airport and beach, especially with the shuttle bus, although the bus seem to be at the driver's convenience!! and he seemed to be doing you a favour. |

The hotel was close to the airport and a free shuttle bus can be booked in advance for transfers to the airport. Towels were provided for the swimming pool. The room had a small balcony. Staff were friendly and allowed us to have a later check out and use the facilities all the next day. There are a couple of good restaurants and pastelarias a short walk away and it is near a local bus stop. The room that we were given was very small, and although it was adequate for our one night stay, I would not have liked to stay there for longer. Furthermore, it was not ready until two hours after the stated check in time. We were woken up at 4am by a coach parked outside to pick up guests: the driver left the engine running for a long time and even when we phoned to reception to ask for it to be switched off, it carried on. When we mentioned it at check out the next day, the lady we spoke to was very understanding and apologetic though. The breakfast that we had ordered from room service never arrived. We ate breakfast in the main dining room, and it was sufficient, but there was not a huge choice. |

Yes the fact we had to wait 3 and a half hours to check in, when it clearly states 2oclock check in. The staff were useless and no help at all.... the hotel was a lovely but situated miles away from any resturants, shops etc. To be honest i wouldnt stay here again and it was a very bad end to such a great holiday. Oh and the dog barking late at night didnt help. |

rooms were recently renewed and look neat. The hotel also has a good location if you have a car service was the worst I have ever experienced. Have a small baby and they could not give me boiled watter to give my baby. |
