friendly service. large rooms with ample space. View over the water from the back deck is lovely - would have been perfect if the hotel and water was not separated by a major highway! decor was a bit dated. Location a little difficult to get to as the hotel is located on a main highway. |

Very nice and huge rooms, staff were very helpful when we asked to change the twin bed room with double bed room. Nice terrace with a view on the river. |

The view from the room was great. The staff was friendly and multilingual. Even though the hotel is on the main road, this was no disturbance at all - we even slept with the windows open. The garden and pool were also very nice. |

THe hotel is clean, classy and geographically perfect situated between Lisbon and Cascais. Train station nearby (but be carefull with the road, not to walk with young children!!) Whit that exception that the road in front of the hotel is very noisy and doesn't seems like to slow down in the evening. If you're situated on the back you have the trains passing by. |

The service in this hotel is of such a high level and thereby personal that I came back beacause of that. Thereby the big rooms are very clean and it's a beautiful and luxurious hotel at a perfect location. Last but not least, it's very nice to have such a good restaurant in the hotel. The interior is a little bit out-dated and you can hear the traffic very good when it's busy. |

A pesar de no estar ubicado en el centro de Lisboa, lo cual le haría ideal para turismo. Siempre busco un hotel similar a este que pese a no estar en el centro de la ciudad, se halle a una distancia razonable del lugar de trabajo y sobre todo valoro su tranquilidad. Además el Municipio de Oeiras es moderno, atractivo y dinámico, y en particular Paço de Arcos tiene una playa maravillosa y unas vistas panorámicas preciosas, y una gastronomía local y regional exquisita. Continuaré viniendo a este mismo hotel. La deficiente señalización con coordenadas geográficas para identificarlo en los navegadores GPS. |

El personal es amable. El jardín y la piscina son muy lindos. Da de frente al mar. Nos toco una habitación contrafrente y casi en un subsuelo. Los muebles son viejos. Por ser 4 estrellas me pareció bastante pobre y desarreglado. |
