Very nice staff, always helpful, room service very fast and efficient the location was a bit far in terms of walking distance to main shops and resturants, but the cabs are cheap enough, not a bad refelection on the hotel however great service well done |

We have been staying at the Solverde since it opened some 15 years ago and have always had wonderful service with excellent facilities. It niw is favourite hotel for all the family. |

Hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly. We liked the people, but not the infrastracture of the hotel. The hotel is suitable for elder people (over 65 years). It is not suitable for young families, couples or families with children. Breakfast does not offer you much of a choice like other 5 star hotels. I would recommend it to my grandparents, but not to my friends. Infrastructure is very old. The hotel needs full refurbishing. |

Conforto dos quartos e a temperatura agradavel nos quartos, simpatia dos funcionários, localização. Preço exageradamente alto para todos os serviços dentro do Hotel, mesmo sendo de 5 *, Falta de limpeza e desleixo nas partes exteriores do Hotel, mesmo estando no Inverno. es un hotel muy tranquilo y con un buen acceso a la costa con un paseo de quince kilometros ideal para relajarte al lado del mar la piscina interior estaba un poco turbia, debería estar más transparente el agua si no da la sensación de suciedad |

Realmente um SPA e um Ginásio mt bom . A sua envolvência e a sua localização são defacto mt boas . Para o nivel deste hotel o peq. almoço é razoavel , qd podia e devia ser mt bom . Sugiro se me é permitido a opinião a inclusão de sumos naturais , frutas de qualidade e alguns detalhes que fazem toda a diferença . |

Las piscinas, tanto la exterior como la climatizada. Tambien lo que es el hotel en si, sus salones , comedor ect. Lo que no me ha gustado es que en el Spa no funcionaban casi la mitad de los chorros y las bicicletas que hay en él. |

Frühstück war gut, jedoch nicht 5*. Schwimmbecken sehen tadellos aus (keine Zeit, sie zu testen) Die Sportanlagen (Tennis, Minigolf) sind in katastrophalem Zustand!! Der allgemeine äußere Zustand ist schlecht, es sind umfangreiche Renovierungen der Mauern notwendig, zumindest ein Neuanstrich! |

belle piscine, restaurant très agréable, bonne cuisine et service "attentionné". La décoration de l'ensemble est froide et impersonnelle, l'hôtel, certes situé face à la mer se trouve dans une zone peu agréable, sans arbre et quasiment déserte! |
