Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Reichhaltiges und frisches Frühstücksbuffet.

Selbst für die Nutzung des Schwimmbades im SPA Bereich wurden Zusatzgebühren (10,50 €) erhoben. Kein abgetrennter Saunabereich. Man muss sich aus der Sauna kommend immer etws anziehen, da man direkt im Schwimmbadbereich steht. Das ist nicht zeitgemäss!

Very nice and comfortable 100% 5-star hotel. We were lucky with the "lateral view" which was partly ocean/ garden view. It was pleasant to find welcome drinks and candies in the room as far as sleepers and bathrobes. In the evening we got good-night candies and prepared bed. Breakfast was fantastic! Even with champaign. Close to the beach they have a nice cafeteria with a terrific ocean view.

Spa procedures are unreasonably expensive. In my opinion procedures was done unprofessionally.

The stay was everything we could have asked for. I would recomend the resort to any one.

My wife had the spa treatment for a day, when she had the hot stones she was left alone with a young lad without her top on. I would point out this could have been a situation in another country, however we did not make a fuss about it, but i think you should inform the resort.

Access to virtually private beach. The breakfast (included in tariff) was excellent.

Having reserved online at sort notice, the tariff was much reduced - at the nomal tariff, would have felt it far too expensive for what it is. e.g. our 'resort view' room in fact had a view of the car park. Ver few rooms occupied, hence only one restaurant was available Room not as clean as one would expect - lots of stains on carpet. Although mini-bar advertised, this was not filled. Spa fairly expensive - and charges levied to use the indoor pool since this is within the spa.

I liked the food, the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and very well looked after. Very luxurious, very peacefull. We stayed there for a week to relax and it was the perfect place to do that. We would definitly go back !!!

No kettle in room. Drink and food prices were a bit high I felt. Also it should be made more clear that you have to pay to use the indoor pool €66 for the two of us !!!!!

The design of the hotel is very dynamic and modern.

The swimming pools are small, although there are many available for the guests.

the hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. Although there were many people staying at the hotel it never seemed crowded.

We liked how spaced out the resort was. You didn't feel on top of everyone. There are 3 pools and the main one was always busy. Our apartment was near another pool which hardly any one used. It was great for our children. There is a kids club but we didn't use it as was enjoying quality time as a family. Very nice hotel, it takes about 20mins to walk to the Strip which has lots of restaurants bars etc. There is a resuarant on the corner where you have to walk upstairs to get to it, there is a bar downstairs that has a live band. The restaurant is the best there very nice food and you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Don't go to Aqualand there isn't much there and long queues for all the slides even the baby pool ones.

The uncomfortable sofa beds.

For all the hype it does not deserve the price paid

THE hotel has very relaxed friendly feel with very friendly staff. A wallet left at table was immediately handed in by staff to reception (very impressive).breakfast is excellent. Hotel is convenient for even walking to albufeira. However, free bus service could be more regular.this was not my first visit and wont be my last.

On first night had to wait one hour before receiving any food in a very pricey pergola gourmet restaurant. No iron in room. No ice available free of charge (Each order of ice cost over £6) which you would expect in an hotel of this reputation.

nice beach, good family suites, good kids club

they charge extra to use hot tub/steam room - 39 euros per person. Food was expensive.

Very good hotel. The staff were excellent. The facilities and the rooms were very good, especially for families with small children.

We liked very much the hotel and all the installations are very well integrated to the beautiful landscape. It's a very nice place for families with children.

I would prefer having at the breakfast buffet more traditional portuguese products (the jam for example was french) and we were a little surprised to receive during our dinner norwegian water charged for 10€ a bottle.
