THE hotel has very relaxed friendly feel with very friendly staff. A wallet left at table was immediately handed in by staff to reception (very impressive).breakfast is excellent. Hotel is convenient for even walking to albufeira. However, free bus service could be more regular.this was not my first visit and wont be my last. On first night had to wait one hour before receiving any food in a very pricey pergola gourmet restaurant. No iron in room. No ice available free of charge (Each order of ice cost over £6) which you would expect in an hotel of this reputation. |

The resort has all the amenities you expect in a great beach resort, however the service is not up to the level of the hotel with the exception of the SPA The resort service is not up to the level of the hotel. Faced many problems that are not expected in this level of resorts, example: Not all the bars and restaurants are connected to the Hotel so no need to pay instead of charging to the room. There is a Golf desk that it is even advertise but no one there. |

Attracts families which means the children socialise and make friends for their stay. Spa facilities available should you wish to relax. Given the large number of families I would have expected early evening / after dinner entertainment for children. Little opportunity to socialise on site in the evening. The area the in which the hotel bar is located also houses reception and a large stairwell forcing a small sporatic seating area. Seperate evening bar / social area would be useful. |

We liked very much the hotel and all the installations are very well integrated to the beautiful landscape. It's a very nice place for families with children. I would prefer having at the breakfast buffet more traditional portuguese products (the jam for example was french) and we were a little surprised to receive during our dinner norwegian water charged for 10€ a bottle. |

The location was excellent and the beach was so lovely! Since we were traveling a bit off season there were several things in the hotel that were not open until later in the day so the AM time was a bit bare. If you are a late sleeper it might not be a factor. |

We came at the low season and there were no crowds. The resort facilities were excellent. The children activities were excellent. And the staff watching the children were outstanding. I will submit information to the hotel. |

Location great, views from bedrooms extraordinary, huge potential but very tired hotel -- desperate for major renovations, had to try three rooms before finding an acceptable one, two very dirty and smelly. Meals very average , one so bad they did not charge for it. |

patio room had a plunge pool, great breakfast buffet, proximity to the beach. Staff were lovely booked a garden view room which was actually a parking lot view and very small, but we complained and they upgraded us to a sea view at no charge which was twice the size and they sent up a bottle of champagne and fruits. They wanted to charge $5 euro/day for an iron! we complained but they stuck with their charge |

The location was great. The food was also very good. The lunch bbq was excellent. The door man at Le Club was once very rude to us, because I was not wearing pants. He didn't ebven try to explain that they had a dress code. He was just rude and would not let us in. |

OK budget or family holiday hotel - very much Spanish and for Spanish guests 1030pm for resteraunt closures in a busy hotel was poor especially at the height of the season. Parking very difficult. |

Staff extremely courteous and friendly. Very good spa. Pleasant surroundings. Fabulous seawater pool. The hotel was great, but guests would hog the deck chairs (against hotel recommendations), going off to lunch and leaving towels on them. |

family apartments away from the main hotel with its own pool & bar/food nice and quiet to keep an eye on young kids. Good choice of restaurants but a bit expensive. very hard beds and pillows. Kids club ok but not great. This hotel is nice and quiet but a club med hotel up the road is so loud you could hear it one night ! |

The hotel stands overlooking Praia da Falésia in the charming town of Olhos de Água, close to Albufeira in the Algarve. |
Set in a large area of landscaped gardens in Santa Eulália coastline, the hotel has a modern and spacious design. |
Overlooking São Rafael Beach, this 5-star hotel is only 5 minutes from Albufeira and together with its stunning surroundings, provides you with first-class facilities. |
Part of a golf resort that includes one of the best courses in Portugal, this deluxe hotel is tucked away on a private property near Quarteira. |
