Hotel staff was very kind and polite.Cleanliness was excellent-on our suprise,and also the hotel was in the centre of the town which was excellent.

Las diferencias entre los cuartos son enorme. La nuestra era interior, olia mal, no tenia luz. Otras del hotel son mejores. Tendrian que ajustar el precio en funccion de la habitacion. Desayuno a mejorar. Ruido durante la noche

Ultimate location and friendly staff. Metro station just behind two
corners, and railway station only few hundred meters. Rooms were cleaned
every day, including weekends. Rooms are old, but ok. Breakfast was
simple, but fine. Definetely worth of price!

Some restauration would change atmosphere more comfortable, but for us
hotel was used only for sleeping, so I am satisfied.

The location is just perfect, between the central tourist and shopping area on the one side and a 3-minute walk to the Bairro Alto for nightlife on the other side.

The staff was rather unfriendly, especially as we asked to be moved to another room after the first night. The second room was better than the one where they put us initially, which was very shabby and had an unpleasant smell. Still, the furniture and sanitary equipment are old, there is no air conditioning at all, and some rooms overlook a street with an extremely noisy funicular tram.

best location for a small budget.

The street was very noisy at night (people shouting, garbage collector came every 2 or 3 days at 3 o'clock in the night) and also we have got a feeling of insecurity.

The location was excellent.

Our room was noisy, being next to tram street. Breakfast could be easily improved with boiled eggs or some fresh tomatoes or cucumber or some fruits, as such it was quite boring.

The Hotel is very close to Elevador de Gloria, and therefore to Bairro
Alto, Restauradores, Rossio, Av. Libertade = excelent choice if you plan
to exploit the nightlife of Lisbon an just sleep in the hotel.
