We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. whilst this hotel was situated on a small side street which appeared difficult to find by the taxi on our arrival, we realised that it was within excellent walking distance of the main buses and some of the tourist attracttions. |

The location - perfect for the Bairro Alto, at the bottom of the little tram up the hill to restaurants, on main street and next to the Aero bus stop. No view from window - very dark room as it backed onto a wall - but very large room and comfy bed. |

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything, and in view of this the price was excellent. Breakfast was not very inspiring, but given the low cost of the hotel we were not expecting too much. The main complaint, however, is that we would have liked to have made use of the safe in our room, but it was broken. |

Basic facilities but clean room, clean bathroom. Friendly staff They are renovating at the moment. They tried their best to avoid any disturbances. |

The location was great. You would be able to reach the metro and the bus stops in 30 seconds. The furniture of the room was very poor. The breakfast was really bad. |

I guess the hotel managers cannot do much in this, but it is very anoying to wake up - once again, just like it happened my last time there - to wake up at something like 2.00 in the morning with the trash collecting truck on the street... |

very helpful staff ,excellent location for eating, shopping,tours,public transportation. clean as a whistle. enlarging area inside to accommodate internet, FIOS, etc. current dining area for breakfast will leave the bar area and relocate to new enlarged area next to internet area.all behind the front desk speak several languages, incl english. a pleasure staying there. |

A basic hotel with no frills in a great location -- perfect for budget travellers who don't want flash, just an affordable, comfortable place to stay in the heart of Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for the price, and all in all, we'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of drab decor. Very professionally run and managed. We're going back! |

Excellent location, all transportation is very close by (Train, Metro, Bus, Tram, Funicular all within a short walk) - Simple breakfast included with excellent Portugese bread, great coffee, meat & cheese, jams, milk, cereal and Tang. Taxis arrive extremely quickly when called (5 minutes or less) Room and Bar prices cannot be beat for this location. Carpet is not clean, distgusting actually -- and smelly. Desk staff was inattentive and at times not even behind the desk. |

The staff of the Reception is the backbone of this hotel, very helpfull and very kind. The room are quite and clean. The location of the hotel is just perfect, in the heart of the city just 200 meters far from "Barrio Alto". The only negative thing is the breakfast buffet: milk, coffee and orange juice were different only for the colour, the taste was nothing. The cornflakes had the taste of cartridge. |

The hotel was located right in the center and just a few minutes walking from the hard rock and the undergroung The hotel is really old, my room strongly smelled of old and closed, it was really hot and I could not open the small window because of the loud noise from outside, the bed was really short and I'm just 1.60 and the light in the room didn't even let me read in the night. The breakfast was terrible and the area is not that safe if alone at night. |
