The staff were very helpful and friendly, and in particular the breakfast staff were very attentive and remembered individual likes and dislikes even though the hotel was near full. Laundry was very efficient and cheap.

The shower screen was a bit short in width so that water ended up on the floor. Otherwise the bathroom was excellent.

Very friendly and helpfull staff! Large rooms, clean, good ambiance. Breakfast was great! A very friendly waiter served us good food and kept asking us if we needed anything else. Also, the hotel is on a very central location in beautiful Guimaraes.

We had a room without view (there was a wall very close to our window).

The room with toural square are very nice and cozy, the problem is the noise and light coming from traffic and church bells.

Only one night I would avoid. The Festival of St Nicholas. The students go around beating drums all night.

Parking is problematic, because the hotel is in the congested center.

The hotel was very central and very cosy . The staff specially the waiter were very friendly and professionly. The room also a very good size for a triple and the bathroom excellent.

Hotel Toural is in a beautiful location on edge of the old town. Hotel itself is small with 30 good sized rooms. Staff are exceptionally attentive.

location is the best in Guimaraes, staff is excellent, very friendly and efficient, breakfast is lovely, my room was far better than what I expected.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed, the staff is just fantastic, so friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, services included and value for money just great but the best of all the breakfast: amazing! just made orange juice, good coffee, great variety and the incredible orange sponge (just made each day) you don't find that selection and quality anywhere nowadays, really fantastic! Attending and friendly staff. Fantastic location close to everything. Just remember the entrance by car is at the "right" side and backside of the big house at the square. The staff spoke good english, helpful assistance to tourist questions. Fantastic fresh breakfast was served at the table. Rooms are of good standard, not extraordinary but the worth the money.

Excellent service with our room having a great view out over the town square. Guaranteed parking was very helpful in a town where space in the central district is at a premium-though access to the hotel entrance needs an "eagle eye" in order to see the signeage which, admittedly, could be better.
