The hotel was very well appointed and the room was comfortable with a hairdryer and mini fridge. The restaurant was well run, the food good and the staff attentive. Some of the staff were a little off hand and it was difficult to get a smile out of them. The view from our room was a communications ariel. |

General appearance of entrance lounge with large comfy sofas in the lounge area, staff very helpful-the maitre d spoke French which was a great help for us as we do not speak portuguese but do speak French. We stayed here for a stopover last year and were impressed so booked again this year. You had to wear a swimcap to go in the pool-we did not have them with usBUT we did not actually ask if we could hire the. The lifts were a bit temperamental- not good for me as I am claustrophobic. Luckily stairs are easy. A bit tricky to find but we knew our way this year |

Hotel clean and comfortable with a good choice of food for breakfast. Being sitauted on the top of a steep hill it is hard going to walk to the town and back to the hotel. |

It was a great holiday, the staff were friendly and efficient and the facilities were first class although not all of them were open. |

A localização é excelente, pela paisagem. Precisa contudo de automóvel, já que não fica no centro da cidade. É claramente uma excelente opção para visitar a região. Sossegadissimo, limpo, organizado, muito confortavel. Os quartos virados a sul são optimos. A colocação da 3º cama, não prejudica a circulação no quarto. |

Hotel selbst ist durchschnittlich, aber im Ort gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (Praca Velha) Frühstück für ein Hotel der Kategorie unterdurchschnittlich, aber wohl im landestypischen Rahmen. |
