regret to say nothing at all

. firstly when we arrived we were told that the booking had not been confirmed by hotelbooking so i think thats why we were given such a poor room. the food was cold and of a poor standard served by miserable staff.our room looked directly onto to the telecomunications tower . the beds were rock hard and altogether not an experience we would wish again.

I liked everything. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel has excellent social areas, private covered parking, a good restaurant and a very good breakfast, included in the price.

General appearance of entrance lounge with large comfy sofas in the lounge area, staff very helpful-the maitre d spoke French which was a great help for us as we do not speak portuguese but do speak French. We stayed here for a stopover last year and were impressed so booked again this year.

You had to wear a swimcap to go in the pool-we did not have them with usBUT we did not actually ask if we could hire the. The lifts were a bit temperamental- not good for me as I am claustrophobic. Luckily stairs are easy. A bit tricky to find but we knew our way this year

Paisagem nocturna priveligiada, e o silêncio durante a noite.

O único motivo de desagrado foi ter sugerido, se possível, quarto com duas camas, que não foi aceite.

las vistas que tiene aunque es mejor si te dan las habitaciones impares que tienen mucha mejor vista

o sossego

Pequeno-almoço muito bom para a categoria do hotel. Gostei do sossego, da localização e da vista. Gostei também da atenção do recepcionista que trocou o quarto que nos tinha sido atribuído por outro com melhor vista.

A decoração, que é já um pouco antiquada e o facto do health club não ser exclusivo do hotel (apesar de ser compreensível num hotel de 3 estrelas) e de estarem a decorrer aulas que não nos permitiram usufruir da piscina.

Relação preço/qualidade.

Tudo esteve bem durante a curta estadia.
