Friendly people at check-in. Newly restored room. Not a very tourist friendly area (very run-down). Hotel is under construction. Breakfast (mine included) at 10 P.p would not be considered acceptable in many hotels.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed but had a very poor view. Breakfast was very good and the staff polite and helpful at all times. Access to the small underground car park is difficult as you have to use a lift from the busy steet. Only suitable for small cars and not a lot of spaces.

Fortunately we got a complimentary upgrade, so the room was bigger. I don't quite understand why there's a fitness machine in the room.... The bed was comfortable. Location is not that wonderful. Shower in the bathroom very weak. Curtains are ripped, that is really bad.

Gostei do serviço prestado pelos funcionários, foram muito profissionais com grande espirito de procurar soluções. Gostei também a grande qualidade de higiene do quarto, a simplicidade de decoração e do amplo espaço. Tudo isso acentuou os outros confortos. parabens! Gostaria ter uma cama de casal em vez de twin beds.

Fiquei muito agradado com a limpeza\higiene do quarto e hotel...muito bom! 5***** Só por este facto vale bem a pena a estadia neste hotel. A amabilidade dos funcionarios é bastante acolhedora. Recomendo

Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos. A localização é boa , e tranquila Q.b . Há sempre um ruído de fundo oriundo da ventilação da casa de banho , que não é muito agradável durante a noite.

Las habitaciones estaban bien, cómodas y muy limpias. La recepción en obras y no lo especificaban en la web cuando la reservamos. Las paredes son como de papel de fumar. El recepcionista nos llamó la atención por la noche cuando solamente estábamos hablando, sin hacer el menor ruido. Nos dijo que se quejaban de todas las habitaciones, cuando sólo hubo una queja de la habitación contigüa y sin razón. Hasta el volumen de la televisión lo teníamos bajo. El hotel se ubica muy arriba de la Rúa da Alegría, para llegar desde Aliados hay que subir una cuesta larga y pronunciada. La calidad no se corresponde con la fama de los Tryp.

A limpeza dos quartos. Bom pequeno-almoço para 3* Desiludidos por estar em remodelação e o site não fazer qualquer alusão ao assunto. Encontramos um espaço de lazer perfeitamente reduzido e com pouca luz. Pareceu-nos um preço elevado para o pouco espaço que podemos usufruir.

La recepcionista que nos atendió a la llegada no nos dio un buen servicio. Habian cometido un error y tenian 3 habitaciones preparadas para nosotros en vez de 2 y decia que teniamos que pagarles las 3 ¿? estuvo discutiendo con nosotros hasta que al final se dieron cuenta de que habia sido un error suyo pero antes habia estado desagradable. El hotel esta un poco lejos del centro, por lo que para una escapada de fin de semana se hace muy pesado porque pierdes mucho tiempo en el transporte. La estacion de metro esta a unos 5-10 minutos andando por una calle adoquinada y es incomodo cuando vas con el equipaje. Si vuelvo a oporto intentaré coger un hotel más centrico.

He estado este verano en este hotel, y la verdad que la relación calidad- precio es excelente, el único inconveniente es que está algo retirado del centro. Nosotros somos de andar y no le dimos importancia a esa distancia que algunos indicaban. Está bastate retirado.
