Excellent room on top floor overlooking the beach and sea, nice spacious balcony/terrace, comfortable beds 90% of other hotel guests was over 60, pensioners hotel, breakfast room very hot and noisy |

We chose the hotel for its position on a very long beach, and found there was plenty of communal space, and a large sheltered area around the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good, once we became familiar with the lay-out. Go early for a more relaxed experience. We liked the proximity to the town where there is a good choice of restaurants. |

Gostei da localização e dos jardins. Não apreciei o cheiro do piso 0, cheirava a esgotos. A torneira da casa de banho do quarto reservado não funcionava. Existia muito barulho no corredor depois das 24 horas. A limpeza do quarto era feita da parte da tarde. |

A localização do hotel, em frente à praia, os arredores com imenso arvoredo, passeios para bicicletas e compras em Montegordo e Vila Real Santo António. Relativamente ao Hotel, só gostei da sua localização. O quarto que o site do Hotel mostra não tem rigorosamente nada a ver com aquele que nos deram. Só alguns quartos é que foram remodelados, todos os outros (a maioria) continuam na mesma, horriveis! E €80,00 por aquele quarto é "assalto à mão armada", não vale! Felizmente, como reclamamos, deram- nos, na última noite, um quarto melhor, ainda não era do género daquele que vimos no próprio site do hotel, mas era melhor que o primeiro que nos deram. |

A proximidade da praia, a simpatia do pessoal da limpeza e os equipamentos do hotel, aliado aos espaços comerciais e a oferta gastromómica variada em redor do hotel. O mobiliário do quarto é encontra-se ultrapassado e um pouco deteriorado. |

Espaços exteriores: ( acesso facil praia, piscina, esplanada). Bar; recepção; restaurante; Quartos com muitos problemas: janelas empenadas, não vedam e entram melgas; tapetes com nódoas; cheiro a esgoto no wc; mau isolamento acústico com quarto contíguo; corredores degradados e muito impessoais, mais parecem corredores de balneários. |

Da sua localização,a simpatia dos seus funcionarios que todo fizeram para propocionar umas agradaveis ferias. Inclusive, fizeram upgrade para um quarto vista mar.Pequeno almoço muito superior, do que seria de esperar para um hotel 3 estrelas. Recomendo a remodelação dos quartos.Contudo não influenciará a minha proxima visita caso não o façam. |
