Staff had a ^couldnt care less^ attitude. Didnt ask if we had a good stay didnt ask if all was ok with room or hotel breakfast waiter always looked and acted as though he was miserable

THe toilet, quite old. The first day the water was no hot enohugh for my shower. I say it and the man of the reception told me they will change mi the next day. But when I asked for it the lady in the morning was not in the mood to change us the room. WE had to insist, and this was not nice. Finally we obtain ahother room and the hot water was perfect. But that lady was not nice because if i was asking for it, she should have changed us as that man said the first day

The city view from the balcony of the room, the breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, the location-few meters from M.Pompal metro station and M.Pompal square that all busses leave.

Friendly staff, they parked my car for free on their site, and brought my luggage up.

The staff is not very friendly, instead of one cleaning lady, who did my room. Beside, clairaudient rooms (I never expected it like this in a 4 star hotel!), You can hear the cleaning ladies in the room above or one night I heard loud neighbors til 4.30am :( and the unfriendly men at the reception didn't take me serious when I called him!

I really mean it is to bad to charge 3 € for one hour of Internett-access. This should be free of charge for your guests.

The stuff was english-speaking and friendly. Room service just flawless - all the rooms were cleaned perfectly. The location of the hotel is just 20 min walking down the main avenue to the historical center of the city. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and having a balcony for smokers. As it´s located some minutes from big avenues no traffic noise at all. Nice place to stay, recommend!

Free parking and location

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel as they say.It is a maximum 3 stars hotel. The rooms have very old furniture and kind of dirty tapet. The bad had a V shape and you could fell out of bad easily. The room doors does not inspire trust at all.

Good location, right by the main tourist bus stop and 10 min walk from the city centre. Upper floors keeps you away from the noise of the streets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Twin room is spacious enough.

The hotel is very old and the rooms looked quite tired, definitely needs renovation. Breakfast is simple and a bit overpriced and can be easily found much cheaper in couple of cafes around. Bathroom was old and the hair-dryer broke the moment I touched it. Overall it's value for money for a capital city.

Not much - it was cheap

Old, outdated hotel. It is advertised on a website which shows new clean updated hotels which is absolutely not what this hotel is. It smells.

I like the location near by the center.

It´s not a 4 stars hotel, it´s too old and no so clean. In a triple room the tird bed was awful. No free wifi.
