Хороший отель. Близко к главной улице,но при этом сам отель находится в тихом месте. Рядом есть 2 ресторана (для местных, но есть меню и на английском), 2 сувенирных магазина и один супермаркет (10 мин ходьбы) В номере нет утюга, на ресепшен их не дают, а предлагают погладить вещи по цене 4 Евро за каждую - слишком дорого и очень неудобно. Также на ресепшен постоянная путаница с документами об оплате - все чеки надо сохранять и держать их при себе, иначе они долго будут выяснять оплачен номер или нет (по нескольку раз за визит!). |

The room consisted in one large bedroom with two armchairs and another room with two beds (in a sofa). It was excelent for three or four people The bathroom is old. But it was ok. |

The hotel is within walking distance of the main central areas and the Bairo Alto district. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the room facilities worked. Soundproofing between our room and the next one was less than adequate. There's a roof terrace which had one plastic chair. We'd have used it to sit out on if it had more chairs or a couple of loungers. |

Room comfortable and v clean, towels, linen changed daily, liked balcony. Only had breakfast which had great choice. Good central location, near bus and metro, 2 stops to city centre. My room was either beside or under a generator or something like a generator, I could not work out exactly what it was. It clicked on very 10 minutes for about 5 mins. I found this very noisy and delayed me getting to sleep. |

Good localization, a resonable comfort. Some employees of reception staff are rude. The bathroom's shower didnt work well. |

unlike other hotles in portugal i have been to, in this hotel there was one big bed instead of two small. it's a little bit old. |

I do not regret for my choice, because my stay at the hotel was really pleasure for me. I was deeply impressed by the great comfort, excellent and very helpful staff and very good location. |

A pesar de que el check in era a las 14:00, nos dejaron entrar a la habitación a las 8:00 de la mañana. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, cercano al centro pero lo bastante alejado de él como para huir del bullicio y descansar. Atendieron todas nuestras solicitudes rápidamente y de forma muy educada y servicial. Está un poco viejo. Necesita reforma. Aunque según un cartel, están en proceso de realizarla. La insonorización de las habitaciones no es muy buena. |

Las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones, tanto el baño como lo habitación.Tienen buen servicio de limpieza. La ubicacion cerca del metro, aunque hay que subir una callle bastante empininada. El ultimo dia hubo un poco de ruido porque parece que estan en obras de remodelacion. Nada exagerado. |

Esta bien ubicado a 100 metros del metro desde donde se puede ir a varios lados haciendo combinaciones.Dispone de cochera aunque no son demasiadas y si no hay lugar hay que dejar el vehículo afuera, No ,esta bien para la categoría que tiene. |

Uitstekende locatie ten opzichte van het centrum en de uitvalswegen van Lissabon. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamers met voldoende ruimte en luxe. (Ruim) betalen voor internetgebruik viel wat tegen. |

Die Begrüssung am Rezeption beim Check-In dürfte etwas freundlicher sein. Wenn man schon eine 1/2 Stunde auf das Zimmer warten muss, kann man dem Gast etwas zum Trinken anbieten. |
