Fantastic value for money & incl breakfast! Dead close to Metro station. V big & plush. Friendly & helpful staff. V nice & clean. Lack of etiquette from other guests, like talking loudly in the corridor at all hours......esp French guests! What part of be quiet do they not understand? |

I enjoyed the room and amenities in the bathroom. Although it is in the middle of town , and railway it was quiet. Breakfast is very good.Staff is good sometimes not so helpfull but correct.The hotel location is very good to reach any point in Lsbon, The room was clean and nice. Check in and check out is very slowly. |

The hotel was very good. Excellent service and very courteous staff. The hotel is in a quiet area with ease of reach to airport bus and public transport. |

A sua localizaçao acessivel e estacionamento fácil , embora pago, mesmo na via publica. O parque do hotel poderia ter um preço mais acessivel , tendo em conta o estacionamento pago na via publica. O horário de pequeno almoço termina demasiado cedo. |

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionarios. Não considerei as refeições excelntes, especialmente ao P.Almoço deveriam variar um pouco mais, relativamente a pao e bolos.A sonorização é pessima. |

Os funcionários que serviam o pequeno almoço, mostravam pouca simpatia, principalmente quando se chegava pouco antes das 10H00. Melhorava também com a introdução de frutas naturais. |

Estaba muy bien ubicado al hallarse los medios de transporte muy próximos. Me refiero a metro y autobús; pero si se opta ir caminando tampoco está muy lejos del centro. (unos 15') El personal que nos atendía a la hora de los desayunos no era muy amable. Si se acercaba la hora del cierre del desayuno y aún estabas en el comedor, apagaban luces y te retiraban los platos para que te marcharas lo antes posible. |
