VIP Executive Zurique Hotel  

Great staff and location.

Nice hotel but the two tiny elevators (4 people comfortably or two people with luggage fill them up) are completely inadequate for a hotel this size, especially when a large bus full of tourists arrives. We had many long waits and often gave up and had to use the stairs (six flights.)

It was great! Staff were happy to assist us with luggage, queries etc. They were friendly and good-natured. Location was ok. It's just outside the city and a short walk to Campo Pequeno metro. We were going into Lisbon everyday and it's no problem commuting in, on average about 15 mins to change two lines. Accommodation is clean and simple, but that's just what you need. We liked lazing about the pool, though there was no one providing pool towels even though there was a basket to return them. Wifi was freeee! Although it wasn't so great in the rooms. There was always the two computers on reception area. There's nothing worse than a hotel that charges for internet. It's a basic need!! We loved the little cafe just across the road! Excellent coffees and pastries. =)

We had to move rooms because the air con in our first one started leaking. However, they made no issue of it and just moved us straight away. However, the aircon in our second room didn't seem to be working. We got moved to the 12th floor and there was a mild humming of something or other... I don't know where were close to - some kind of ventilation. It can be a tad disturbing if you're a light sleeper. I think these are minor issues... But basically I was happy with Hotel Zurique! =)

The staff was very friendly and the facilities as compare to price was excellent.....

I stayed over night just because my flight was m the next morning. For this purpose, the hotel was excellent! Good price and fairly near the airport. Since it's near the subway, I'd also recommend it for a longer trip.

The location wasn't that ideal, but fortunately there was a metro stop close by.

We stayed only one night at the vip Executive Hotel. Its a very good hotel. The Restaurant staff were very friendly and had even gone to the lengths of preparing a separate pasta for us without meat. They even offered to serve us Indian food if we had anything specific in mind. Overall a very friendly atmosphere. The Hotel looked somewhat old.But the rooms were compact and neat.

Nothing specific...May be a carpet change.

It was nice, right next to Entrcampos railway station, short walk to Campo Pequeno for Metro and buses to city centre.

The rear entrance to the station, nearest the station exit is locked out of use the area around the front is not very nice.

The location was excellent.

The staff was really friendly, the room was cleaned everyday. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday so we were able to enjoy it a lot. Free access of Internet in all the hotel but not at the pool unfortunately.

They don't tel you that the room will be clean everyday so think to close all your important things before to go out of the room

The room was confortable and the staff helpfull, good value for money.

Old fashioned furniture even if everythnig works and cleaning could be more accurate.
