Really quiet despite of locating next to railway station and close to airport. Breakfast is not monotonous, there were different sorts of Portuguese bread (very tasty) and cakes. Helpful staff; everyday cleaning of everything in the room. Wi-Fi is Ok. Bathroom needs some refurbishment. Ceiling in bathroom was broken, but they repaired it next day. Slighly cold and wet in the room. |

Big building, business hotel that probably enjoyed its best times in the 80s... or 70s... Everything was OK, anyways. Recommended. Metro is 2 min from the hotel and it takes 15 min to get to the centre. |

We did appreciate the cleanliness of the room, problems were sorted out quickly and there was a good choice for breakfast. We would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. |

Fantastic value for money & incl breakfast! Dead close to Metro station. V big & plush. Friendly & helpful staff. V nice & clean. Lack of etiquette from other guests, like talking loudly in the corridor at all hours......esp French guests! What part of be quiet do they not understand? |

I enjoyed the room and amenities in the bathroom. Although it is in the middle of town , and railway it was quiet. Breakfast is very good.Staff is good sometimes not so helpfull but correct.The hotel location is very good to reach any point in Lsbon, The room was clean and nice. Check in and check out is very slowly. |

La comodidad de la cama no está mal, acceso a metro bueno, limpieza, no está mal, total pa dormir que más dá. No me ha gustado nada que cobren 60 € por habitación a la hora de la reserva, se supone que te lo devuelven, aunque yo aún estoy esperando que me lo abonen. |
