All rooms are non smoker but still smells like smoking rooms. Old - needs to be refurbished to meet today's standards for a city hotel.

Easy to get by car and easy to get the highways from here. Clean bathroom and room, quiet area and free parking available at the weekends Nothing was stolen but our lugagge was "explored" while we were out

Welcome was official and warm, from the outside the hotel looks modern. The rooms were old and outdated. I was on the 11th floor and thankful to have been booked in on a business trip for just the one night. The tv in the room didn't work well. The room smelt a bit damp.

Very good location. Nice buffet breakfast (not included in the room rate) with a good variety of selections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price are okay - it reflects on what you get. For what I was paying, I thought it was a good choice. I made a mistake to have dinner at the hotel during my first night - it was a buffet dinner, I thought it was expensive (15.50 euro) for what it is and it was not good at all. Wifi is slow.

We stayed only one night at the vip Executive Hotel. Its a very good hotel. The Restaurant staff were very friendly and had even gone to the lengths of preparing a separate pasta for us without meat. They even offered to serve us Indian food if we had anything specific in mind. Overall a very friendly atmosphere. The Hotel looked somewhat old.But the rooms were compact and neat. Nothing specific...May be a carpet change.

It was nice, right next to Entrcampos railway station, short walk to Campo Pequeno for Metro and buses to city centre. The rear entrance to the station, nearest the station exit is locked out of use the area around the front is not very nice.

Location The restaurant did not identify all the types of plates served there. People did not know exactly what they are serving. Comparing against the purpose of the hotel (business) it is not a good choice.

The staff was really friendly, the room was cleaned everyday. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday so we were able to enjoy it a lot. Free access of Internet in all the hotel but not at the pool unfortunately. They don't tel you that the room will be clean everyday so think to close all your important things before to go out of the room
