Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good housekeeping services. Modern entrance, reception area and bar. Nice large balcony and lovely seaview. Rooms are old fashioned and need to be modernised. Hotel does not deserve 4* rating, more like a good 3*.Poor choice at breakfast. Hotel is not located on the beach as per description and photo on website but across the road. The pool area is not attractive and not enough umbrellas to go round, some of them broken. We spent our time on the beach which is fabulous. |

Location of hotel is excellent. Since we only stayed for one night and arrived fairly late, the hotel's facilities were not used. We had two junior suites booked and were upgraded to full one bedroom suites. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness in the rooms. Also, some of the furniture was badly stained and no-one felt like sitting on anything. The carpeting in the hallway on the 3rd floor was also very badly stained. The hotel seems to cater to many families which would explain the stains and heavier wear. |

La proximidad a la playa y paseo marítimo. Ojo con el parking terrizo en el futuro si lo urbanizan. Horario de entrada a las 15 horas y salida a las 12 horas, parece poco lógico. A los usuarios españoles les perjudica ademas la diferencia horaria. Buffet desayuno multitudinario, hay que madrugar. |

Las habitaciones son amplias. Cuando llegamos no pudimos entrar hasta las 15h, es política habitual del hotel, la recepción parecia el mercado, muchisima gente esperando.Te obligan a comprarte un gorrito para la piscina climatizada. |

Já conhecia o Hotel quando era Iberotel. Fiquei muito decepcionada. Não voltarei. Devem olhar para o estado em que se encontra o Hotel, que deixa muito a desejar para um 4 estrelas. Precisa rapidamente de melhorias interiores e de pessoal menos "impessoal". |

Hotel junto da praia. Uma boa opção para quem tem crianças. O preço promocional do Restaurante mediterrâneo ao jantar era muito bom mas a diversidade ao pequeno almoço deveria ser melhorada. |
