I did like the breakfast, particulary the sugestions for the best I should take there
I liked the kidness of recepción staff
I didn 't like the cleaning room in the afternoon
Good location. Clean hotel. Some of the staff at the reception are not too friendly - they appear grumpy! We were given one of the smallest room with no views. However, there are nice spacious room overlooking the terraces at the bottom.
The room we got was small and cramped up with no views. Not very friendly staff at reception. No parking. Closest parking is at the Railway Station across the road.
Efficient, no-nonsense, comfortable and mainly quiet. Breakfast buffet good, fresh orange juice available.
Bedroom floor was not cleaned and gritty walking back to bed after showering. Planes landing at Lisbon airport flew over from 05.30 - luckily it's not a very busy airport.
Generally all was good, staff was helpful and the facilities worth money. 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station which will take to city centre in 10 mins. Although I couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel form metro station and then back on the first day, it's okay afterwards. But better get the directions clear before you go.
It's not a negative comment, it's just to give heads up to those who expect something around the hotel area - there's nothing much. But there's a stop for aerobus that can take to the airport and also it's 10-15 mins to city centre by metro.
Indoor parking was too cramped, very difficult to park properly. Room service and a convenience store would have been nice. Breakfast was good, but there was no hot meals such as fried bacon and eggs.
Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. WiFi signal is ok, good location to go anywhere in the city. Easy to park, there's a reserved hotel area or you can park in a unpav area in front of the hotel.
Rooms are a bit small. If you don't have a car it can be harder for transportation to downtown.
Services!!! Quality!!!Excelent Buffet!!!
The pricing was reasonable, although room size was slightly small. The beds were comfortable and the toilet were clean. Safe & convenient location (not inside the city center - but you could walk there. Alternative is taking the taxi, which is affordable in Lisbon. e.g hotel to Marquess of Pombal Square approximately 4 - 5eur). Walking distance to the Águas Livres Aqueduct. An option of checking out late - up till 5pm. We checked out at the typical 2pm late check out time. However, we weren't informed that there was an additional charge to it. The hotel staff was very kind - by reading our facial expressions he noticed that we weren't informed. Hence, he immediately told us he will waive that fee (or maybe because we didn't extend till 5pm.. but still it was very kind of him to do that for us). In addition, the hotel had a parking area in the building; so it's a bonus/convenience for those who are renting a car (instead of parking it at a distance)
The downside of the hotel location - not much restaurants along the same street. Don't expect much from the breakfast. It's a simple breakfast - no warm food / big breakfast.
It is cheap and close to the metro station. And the staff are nice and helpful and like all lovely Portuguese people they allways smile when they are helping you.
I think rooms are so small and a pair of slippers wouldn't hurt anybody.
Bright, clean bathroom. Amazing mattress
Very convenient for underground and bus station. Just what we needed for an overnight stay.
the price, the location.
that the breakfast was not included.
+ Excellent cost performance + Great location close to train/metro stations & close to my business meetings + Good breakfast with many choices (including pasteis de nata!) for just 6 EUR + Great view from my room on Lisbon's aqueduct (12th floor) + Quiet room
Simple but all you need for a short stay in Lisbon. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent bed. Quiet room.
Required a Metro trip into town after a 10minute walk. No map offered at the front desk Limited free wifi
No variety in thé break fast
Very friendly staff! Loved the lobby area and location of hotel as close to busses and Metro.
Hotel facilities are very good for the price you pay.
The food at the restaurant was not great considering the excellent quality of the food in Lisbon and the area around the hotel is lacking in terms of restaurant options.
Room was clean. Reasonable size. WiFi was good.
Location a bit far from metro. Have to walk up hill.
All staff lovely + friendly. Very comfy bed. Clean. Good bathroom. Space for car outside/nearby. Super breakfast. Speedy lift to 12th floor.
Room could have been a bit larger.
Friendly staff, good wi-fi. Close to metro and bus station.
tudo en volta esta perto
What I like most is its location. It is just few minutes walk from Sete Rios Metro and Train Station and Coach/ bus station. Hop and Hop off yellow bus stops just outside the hotel. So it is very convenient even for a leisure traveller to this beautiful city.
Staff. They look very mechanical, not a smile on face but very efficient.
The best ever place for staying with IBIS within your budgetary constraints. I have using IBIS many times and would be staying IBIS every time at everywhere.
