Staff was very helpful and friendly, spoke english without problem, good location (close to a supermarket, pharmacy, shopping mall and metro)
Lots of noise during the day due to the renovations, bed really not confortable
proximity to the Metro and knowledgeable staff.
Quiet Room at back of hotel. Good wifi. Not far from Metro Station. Safe area with a supermarket round the corner with cafe, and places to eat nearby.
staff at reception very pleasant
room had bits of dust on the floor. Also find the bed a bit uncomfortable
The location is great. The breakfast was ok for the price. Expresso coffee was available.
The staff was not very keen to help and explain things without request. Payment had to be done at check-in although the invoice was given only at check-out. No explanation was given to this procedure.
We stayed there the night before our flight to US. Flight was cancelled so we had another week in Lisboa. We returned to Ibis because we liked the location, staff, room and 24 hour bar/food service.
The baths could use an update but at the price they were fine.
Location, breakfast ok, clean place
Poor wifi reception in the room
5 minutes from metro, clean room, quiet at night and helpful friendly staff. Safe area to walk in too.
Preço do pequeno almoço.
Nothing to dislike. Would stay here again.
the staff was very kind and helpful..and beds very confortable
The location was very good, 30 min walking distance to the centre, 5 min to the subway. Easy to reach from train and bus station
Reception was nice but not very helpful. We needed a hospital on sunday, were sent to one where they only take emergencies, so after 1 hour trying to find that one, we got a taxi to another one. We asked for the best way to go to Merida (Spain), they weren't able to find the time table for buses and said we have to go to the bus station and ask ourselves Bathroom wasn't totally disgusting but also not very clean. Found hair on our first day on toilet and hair dryer. It is not possible to open the window completely (I guess to keep thiefs away), which is ridiculous considering we were in the 5th floor without a balcony. So after showering the room was really damp. AC worked, but I prefer fresh air. All in all it looks like a older hotel room but made look more modern by putting some new design into it.
Mrs. Filisberta and Mrs. Claudia, at the reception, were extremely diligent and helpful.
I like everything about this hotel. Perfect location, confortable rooms and an excellent staff, always willing to help you.
It is a very good hotel. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The room was perfect, with a big bathroom and an exellent double bed.
It is not very close to historic quarters but it is not a problem. It is impossible not to use metro in Lisbon.
how pleasant and available the staff was to answering my questions about attractions in and around Lisbon. They gave clear directions and offered recommendations.
A very nice hotel, as are all Ibis. The staff was super friendly and guided us to the must see's in town, good places to eat and to party !
You always know what you are going to get at an Ibis Hotel: not super fancy, but clean, comfortable, and everything that you really need at a fair price. This Ibis is 2 blocks from a metro stop and bus stop. From there, you can get to wherever you need to go in Lisbon. The staff was helpful with directions. I had a very early morning flight and had to depart the hotel at 4 AM, and there was still someone available at reception.
nothing; it was all good
Friendly staff. Nothing was was too much. Excellent breakfast with emphasis on health.
Was a bit surprised that the price did not include breakfast, but was warned from the booking. However, there are anyway several nice cafes in the area where one can have a cheap breakfast (espresso only 0,65 euros and a delicious cake)
Very modern design. Staff really friendly. Room and breakfast was great!
A bit far from major attractions
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very good. I am a person who get's back pain easily, but we stayed for 4 nights and my back was fine. Facilities were good.
The area was very busy at night. As we like to sleep with an open window, the noise was quite disturbing.
have no teapot in room
