the location is poor expecially if you don't have a car. Also it does not include coffee maker inside the rooms (and therefore you need to go downstairs and buy your coffee).

By far the best Ibis I've stayed at, nice staff, spacious and clean.

Well.. Let's say don't look outside -it's in a developing industrious estate but quiet. Still a good place to stay if you have your own transport.

Good continental breakfast with fresh orange juice extractor machine and excellent coffee. Free WiFi in bedroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Good location. Very close to all the attractions in Sintra. You can get to the west coast, to say, Cabo de Roca, in about 20 minutes, or to the southern coast, to say, Cascais, in the same time. Quiet location. Just a two minute drive to a huge shopping mall called the Forum. There is an excellent food court on the third floor.

Suggestions, more than complaints: put another chair in the bedrooms, put a hand towel per person in the bathroom, offer a cooked breakfast, at an extra charge, if needs be.

Not safe location. During the night 2 cars were robbed (window of our car was broken, total loss of 300 EUR). Location in industrial district.

It's clean, modern and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. You have free parking and for 6 eur/ person an "all you can eat" breakfast. Good quality for a very good price!

It's a little out of the beaten path but if you travel by car it should not be a problem.

This is a really great ibis. All new hotel with underground parking, very secure. Staff are nice, rooms are very nice and I would rate this hotel as 10/10. I would definatley stay again

The hotel was clean and modern, it was the only hotel available to us, we where in cascais for a Harley Davidson rally and everything else was booked up, but we where not disappointed.

The rooms are small, towels in bathrooms poor quality, no tea making facility in room, and the hotel is very very difficult to find, make sure you have good directions.

New modern hotel. For short staying is perfect. Location is nice, very close to highway - very convinient if you are travelling by car throughout the country. Easy to find, clean and has restaurant which is opened 24/7

We arrived late and it was a pleasure to find that the reception staff spoke good English and were extremely friendly. We were able to have a snack without leaving the hotel. The usual IBIS standard, no surprises.

The address is right, but the location in the map which given in booking is wrong. It is difficult to find it.

Great staff, very clean hotel. They are also environmentally aware. The only issue we had was the location. This would not be a problem if there was a more regular bus service. The bus was every hour and not always on time. The bus stop however, was in a great location, right outside the hotel.
