The location is wonderful amd the staff is frendly

The worst hotel among 17 hotels we stayed at during our Spain – Portugal trip. We had to wait for about 20 min at the reception to get the keys and then to pay cash for the room in advance. There was no sea view whatsoever, the room had dirty windows and extremely old furniture. The bath was very smelly and extremely small. We hated the room. As it was high season, all other hotels were booked and we had no choice but to stay. Finally we decided to get the bed outside on the terrace and sleep there. In the morning we decided not to even try and get breakfast at the hotel. Our only intention was to get out ASAP. If possible, find a better place to spend the night(s).

Breakfast is not very rich, it would be good if they would do something with that.

The location is awesome, it's beatiful to wake up with the ocean in front of us and to take a walk by Oeiras promenade. I especially like the fact each room has independent entry from others, with a private place for the car and a balcony where we can looking at the sea. Also the swimming pool, the beach at a few minutes walk and the garden around (and the children playground) make it a very enjoyable place for a break. Good value for money.

No complaints, but one should be careful with security in the room, having in mind that both door and balcony are accessible to the open area where any one can get.

Not much !

This is not actually a hotel, but more a resort specialised to hosting groups of old age pensionners and school kids. It is indeed right by the sea, but also very near a very busy road, and there are fences between you and the shore, and there is no easy access beach. Breakfeast was barely OK ( instant coffee machines, processed ham, industrila bread, artificial fruit juices, tinned fruits .... ). There is also no wifi in most bedrooms, unless you are really near the reception. All this being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and linen were clean. Most of the hotel has been refurbished recently (one wing remaining to do), and is currelty quite nice. But I am not sure how well the materials used will stand the test of times.... There was another glitch: because I had booked through Booking.com, they charged me for a whole week upfront, and after that I could not go to another hotel without losing all that money !

Quarto espaçoso, confortável e com excelente vista!

As cortinas não fecham completamente e não isolam a luz, o que torna impossível dormir assim que o sol nasce! Tinha um formigueiro num pequeno orifício por baixo do roupeiro (quarto 13). Assim que pousei uma bolacha em cima da mesa, saiu um batalhão de formigas à procura. Tive que tapar o buraco e esconder a comida.

quarto muito bom e tivemos sorte porque ficámos na ponta com vista directa para o rio. muito bom.

Pouca variedade do pequeno almoço

Gostei do sossego, do ambiente circundante, de passear no "calçadão", da simpatia (apesar de não mostrar o profissionalismo que se observa noutras instalações similares) dos colaboradores.

Da exigência de pagamento integral da estadia quando fizemos o "check in". Um critério nunca antes verificado. Lá terão as suas razões...

pernoitei no apartamento,Nº.122 as fichas avariadas. O radiador da casa de banho avariado. tive de desligar O frigorÍfico, para ligar O aquecedor. chÃO frio, chÃO da casa dre banho com O chÃO que parece sujo,mas NÃO estava, É O tipo de revestimento. estÁ tudo degradado E hoje JÁ existem preÇos identicos em lisboa E com mais ambiente. pequeno almoÇO com chavenas lavadas, mas com restos de PÓ de cafÉ dentro. PÉssimo aspecto E cafÉ com leite em PÓ .

O atendimento é perfeito (elogios para o Sr. Augusto), a localização, com lugar de estacionamento privativo do quarto, é muito boa com uma paisagem magnífica. Vale a pena desfrutar o pequeno almoço com a vista do estuário do Tejo.

Os candeeiros das mesas de cabeceira não funcionavam mesmo depois de nos terem dado lâmpadas novas.

La déconvenue de la chambre basique s'est transformée en bonne surprise avec un surclassement en catégorie supérieure gentiment offert par la réception.

Les chambres basiques premier prix sont franchement décrépies et ont besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement.

Près des lieux touristiques, très bon emplacement face à la mer et au port, à proximité de la promenade du bord de mer, au milieu de jardins. Bar et restaurant sur le site. Parking devant l'appartement très pratique.

Grande vétusté de la chambre, porte dégradée, terrasse non entretenue. Dommage que nous n'avons pas eu une chambre restaurée. Petit déjeuner moyen.

A limpeza do quarto estava uma miséria, os lençóis não tinham sido mudados, tinham cabelos e pêlos dos anteriores hospedes. Pequeno almoço fraquinho. 30M para fazer check-in.

Mooie nette ruime kamer, parkeren overdekt voor de deur. Ontbijt simpel maar goed prima hotel zeker voor het geld.

La terrasse, l'emplacement face à la mer (même si la plage de sable se situe en réalité à 300m et pas en face).

La piscine était fermée, le personnel désagréable et peu concilient. Il n'y a aucune chambre avec lit double. La chambre sentait fort la javel pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, et le bruit du relai déclencheur de la lumière automatique est anxiogène, dommage pour un endroit où on est censé se détendre. Nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel.
