Being very near to the city center. It is walkable distance to Aliados, metro, Ribeira (old town and Unesco W. heritage), port wine lodges. Reception personnel friendly. No free car parking anywhere.Poor breakfast, do not expect a "view", except on upper back rooms where you can see city hall. The interior is very outdated and needs urgently refurbishing. Hotel should be a 2 star. Not easy to find if you don't speak portuguese or don't know the city, you must ask the locals do not hesitate, thei are friendly and helpfull. |

The hotel was not modern in style but had it own character. Location was ideal for the Metro, restuarants and bars. |

Located in city center, close to shopping, close to popular tourist areas, close to public transportaton, great breakfast, clean, neat and tidy. The area around the hotel is not a particular nice part of Porto. There are many run down and empty buildings leaving one to wonder about safety. But it seemed safe as it is in a residential, university and business part of town. |

We found the staff very courteous and helpful, particularly the receptionists. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is in a back street and the hotel is old and tired. The room was somewhat small. |

5 minutes walk from the Trinidade metro station, close to city center; breakfast was good; paid 55 euro per night with breakfast included so good value for money; free wireless in the lobby 70's like furniture, definitely not a 4* hotel; elevator has no protection door inside, could be dangerous for kids, no restaurant, just snacks available in the evening |

Very good breakfast. The room was clean. In additional to hotel underground parking (15 EUR) there is a city parking near hotel (9 EUR). Located not far away from the city center but up to the hill. The hotel is quite old but in good conditions. |

Central located, gentle people at the hotel, clean. The place is good to visit Porto, easy to reach the citycentre. The rooms are acceptable, clean. And all the basic things are in the room. We had a room at the streetside and that was noisy. But still it was an acceptable place to stay, near the centre. It is not modern. |
