the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant; accommodated our preference for a quiet room on one of the upper floors without any issues. lovely breakfast. great location for Estoril and just a short hop into Cascais. really beautiful hotel The room wasn't vacuumed during our week long stay for some reason - this is the only issue that we had with the hotel |

The quiet location and atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was lovely, plenty of towels. Could do with some more sun umbrellas when pool area gets busy. The room was quite small. We tried to upgrade but there was nothing available at the time. The window in the room was very small which probably made the room feel very enclosed. If and when we return we would look for a better room. A better variety of breakfast would also be good. |

The hotel had a very nice classical style. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was awesome, giving direct access to the swimming pool. Pretty cozy environment, close to the beach! The bathroom was too small and I couldn't even let the door completely open because it was always touching the toilet and the bidet. The locker was payable (3,5€ a day!!!) and I don't even remember staying on a 4 or 5 star hotel with a payable locker. We should not pay for letting our personal stuff in the locker! |

La piscina, limpia y cómoda y que nos tocó una habitación a pie de jardín por lo que teníamos un par de sillas y mesita que nos permitía estar al aire libre, porque en la habitación con la moqueta...no era del todo agradable. La falta de limpieza (pelos que no eran nuestros, lamparones en la colcha), la moqueta sucia e impropia. Había poco personal a pesar de estar en temporada alta. La cama tenía un colchón muy duro, tanto que impedía descansar. |

Localização mto boa, tamanho dos quartos também mto bom e boa comida.Funcionários gentis. Um dos quartos tinha enorme cheiro de cigarros. No outro, haviam cigarros espalhados por toda a varanda, mta sujeira. Os banheiros cheiram mto mal, fossa ou esgoto (cheiro que vem dos ralos). E a limpeza dos quartos foi mto ruim. Tolahas antigas e com aspecto de velhas. Roupa de cama menor do que o tamanho dos colchões. |

Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Rena rum. Härlig pool med soldäck och bar. Frukostbuffén var bra utan att vara väldigt stor. Närhet till strand utan att ligga vid stranden. Nära till Tågstation om man vill till Lissabon. Restaurangens mat vid middagen när vi åt var inte prisvärd. Smaklös och dyr. Gå hellre ut i närliggande restauranger. |

Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Der Name Inglaterra passt irgendwie auch zur Einrichtung, besonders zu den Wasserhähnen. Wir haben es sehr bedauert, dass nur 1 deutsches Fernsehprogramm (RTL) angeboten wird; bei den vielen Gästen aus Deutschland sollte mindestens ARD und ZDF da sein, bei Satelliten-TV kein Problem. |
