The hotel had a very nice classical style. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was awesome, giving direct access to the swimming pool. Pretty cozy environment, close to the beach! The bathroom was too small and I couldn't even let the door completely open because it was always touching the toilet and the bidet. The locker was payable (3,5€ a day!!!) and I don't even remember staying on a 4 or 5 star hotel with a payable locker. We should not pay for letting our personal stuff in the locker! |

Stunning decor, great location, friendly and extremely helpful staff, right near beach and casino Free wifi internet in the rooms would be a great feature - for a necessity it's too expensive and you need a cable so can't work in bed... :( |

Bel hôtel victorien avec très belle piscine. Immense chambre très confortable avec un balcon pour les fumeurs...Agréable salle de restaurant et personnel très accueillant. Le seul point noir : une épouvantable odeur de tabac froid nous a accueilli dans la chambre alors que je suis pourtant fumeuse invétérée mais respectueuse des autres... |

Extraordinaria ubicación, muy cerca de estación de tren, de playa, del casino y de la carretera para salir a otras ciudades. Pero sobre todo muy tranquilo. No sé si será sólo por mi habitación, pero creo que le sobra una Estrella. La ví un poco anticuada. |

Rapport qualité prix étonnant. Chambre raffinée et très confortable. Situation dans Estoril très favorable et vue sur la mer et toute la baie de Cascais. Personnel prévenant et sympathique. |

La ubicación en una zona costera y muy bien situado, el hotel está cerca de Lisboa, Sintra... Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, así como el resto de las instalaciones, su tranquilidad. |

Che dopo aver minacciato che lascevamo l'hotel ci hanno cambiato la camera. La prima notte ci hanno dato una camera al piano terra la n 012 che oltre ad essere piccola,era in odore di chiuso e tutto puzzava di muffa.Ci hanno detto che quella era una delle camere per le prenotazioni on line. Colazione misera , personale con la testa da altre parti e molto grave quando chiedi un taxi ti mandano auto con autista che costa sempre di più per la proviggione che spetta a chi a reperito il trasporto. Il giorno 18-08-09 alle ore 14,15 abbiamo lasciato l'hotel per andare a lisbona e abbiamo chiesto un taxi. Ci hanno chiamato un auto con autista ,arrivati a Lisbona con la scusante del traffico ci ha chiesto piu' di quanto concordato dovedo litigare per non essere presi in giro. |

El trato y la educacion del personal del hotel. La piscinaestá bien y la situción es buena. La habitacion individual es muy pequeña y tiene ducha con cortina,por lo que el agua se sale por sistema y es muy desagradable.La habitacion doble esta b ien y es amplia. |

El edificio es muy bonito y acogedor. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son estupendas. La ubicación es inmejorable, junto al casino y muy cerca de la playa. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es de calidad. El baño de nuestra habitación era muy pequeño, aunque el de unos amigos que venían con nosotros estaba bien de tamaño. Era difícil bañar a los niños en tan poco espacio. |

Flott hotell med store og gode rom! Utrolig serviceinnstilt personale som fikset alt vi trengte. Fint bassengområde med solsenger og badehåndklær til utlån hver dag. Vi bodde i en leilighet på bakkeplan med utgang til hageområdet og kun et par meter fra bassenget. Da alternativet kan bli en leil. høyere oppe uten ballkong var vi veldig fornøyd med dette =) Stranden som er bred og fin er kun 5 min gange fra hotellet. Frokosten var helt grei, men vi hadde satt pris på litt variasjon i maten. Ellers så ligger hotellet i Estoril som er et stille og rolig området. Dette området passer nok bedre for den eldre garde... Neste gang ville vi nok bodd i Cascais, 4 min unna med toget. |

ampiezza della stanza, posizione nel centro di estoril, veramente gradevole l'aspetto dell'hotel bel suo insieme bagno un po' piccolo rispetto alle dimensioni della camera, mancanza di parcheggio trovato comunque agevolmente sulla strada dove è ubicato l'hotel |

A hospitalidade, a facilidade em fazer um late check-out, o tamanho e decoração do quarto. Falta uma àrea para banho turco e sauna. |

El hotel es de tipo colonial y clásico, bonito y muy acogedor. La ubicación inmejorable, en el centro de Estoril y al lado del tren cercanias. Habitación acogedora y piscina muy agradable. Es incomodo que no tenga parking aunque en mayo no era demasiado complicado aparcar |
