very clean room, pretty decent value for money The noise from the brothel next door, open until 4 AM was unbearable. The view on a wall 1 meter outside my window was not too nice either. |

The position of the hotel in relation to city centre was its greatest asset. The rooms, although small, were well designed and comfortable.Staff very helpful. The road in which it was situated is not attractive. Derelict buildings and seedy bar underneath. Fortunately it was only 50 yards or so off main road and therefore not threatening at night. |

The location is good, close to Metro. Facilities are quite new and working well. Only that the reception does not speak English, even he is quite warm-hearted. |

Staff was polite, room furniture was new and functional, free wireless internet access, central location, good value. Located in a somewhat shabby side road, but that was not a problem for us, as it was only 20 metres away from they busy av. da Libertade. |

Friendly and helpful staff, very conveniently located in the center of Lisbon. Although a bit small, there's secured parking for the car. Free internet. Bed are very small and the plumbing is very noisy. |

Clean, modern, in the very centre of the old part of the city, close to Rossio railway station, metro and bus stops. |

Location/ samuel was extremely helpful with our difficult luggage. Very prompt and timely regarding early wake-up call and taxi capable of handling all of our luggage Room was "excessively" small. Shower excellent except door on backwards so gallons of water on floor when reach in to turn shower on. This tiny bathroom cannot handle gallons of water on floor. |

Convenient location & jacuzzie bath tub. Room too small. The microwave mentioned in the room facilities described in booking.com is not in the room but is commonly shared by all the hotel rooms. |

The hotel was recently renovated and the price is ridiculously small given the design and the quality of the rooms. I believe that the design of a room you are staying at contributes greatly to the impression you get from the city - and it is hard to find the same quality for such a price anywhere else in central Lissabon, or in central parts of any European cities for that matter. My room - the cheaper of the two categories of rooms available there - was quite small and the windows actually overlooked the wall of the next building. It was ok for me given that I stayed only one night, but if you are staying longer, try and book a more expensive room (the difference was only 10 Euros when I booked, but the more expensive rooms were not available). |

Very good location- close to the most interesting points of Lisboa. Their own indoor parking is an advatage, too. Nice and well equipped room. But the most advantage of this hotel is their very helpful staff. |

Very good service with daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of towels without request. The beds were very comfortable and the toilet facilities was more than adequate. Room is not as big as what you see in the pictures. Breakfast was delicious, wide variety of food to choose from. However we were unsure as to what we could order. Nobody explained to us. |

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room with a fantastic power shower. Breakfast nearby in a nice authentic cafe and a great location. Steps up to the reception and rooms a bit awkward carrying luggage, but, thats all! |

Position and cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very small. Hotel is not conveninent for invalides or babies, because of the steep stairs at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast is not in the hotel itself, but in the snack-bar in the neighbourhood. |

The day staff (she was the receptionist/cleaning lady, etc.) was very helpful and waited patiently by the garage while I drove around to get back to the street and when we unloaded our luggage. The rooms and furnishings were fairly new and even though the shower stall was a bit cramped, the shower head (huge!!!) more than made up for it. Excellent location. The reception desk is at the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The stairs were a bit steep and dangerous especially you have heavy luggage. |

Enjoy the tranquillity this hotel radiates, while staying in Lisbon’s city centre, with the Eduardo VII park and the Marquês de Pombal square right at your doorstep. |
