The staff was helpfull and really nice. The hotel was trendy decorated in a minimalist way, taking care of the small details, the rooms spacious and clean, the breakfast was really big and varied. The spa, sauna and jacuzzi was really worthy trying! The location of the hotel allowed you to reach the main street and connect to the old town in a few minutes

I liked the fact that it was a very ecologically sound hotel. I also liked the location. They also provide a 20% for spa services. I thought the front desk staff, one person in particular, was rude. I also thought it was grossly unfair the way my issue was handled. I had an issue with my reservation. I spoke with someone whom I told I needed 2 beds in my room, that person never recorded the details of my request and so I was forced to pay an upgrade fee. They refused to believe that this person could have made a mistake. Whatever happened to "The customer is always right?" Also, their breakfast was overpriced.

Sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzi very clean, because it seems that no one uses it. The staff on the spa area was not prepared to work with English speaking guests.

Very modern concept with great lighting, once you read the instruction manual, great shower, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. A modern spa and restaurant as well as comfortable lounge area are great. The hotel is two blocks from Avenida Liberdade, the major high end shopping area, a wide tree lined avenue that is a comfortable walk to Plaza Restauradores, Plaza and Plaza Comercio along the Tajo River, or to Plaza Marques Pombal at the other end of the avenue. The area behind the hotel is a working class neighborhood that was dirty with narrow streets, so just do not wander around back there!

Comfort and closeness to main street. Our room at third level was almost at the road level. The shower floor was not stable while taking shower.

Ver helpful receptionists who gave sensible advice about correct metro stations, bus trips and advice on looking after personal belongings. When out and about in the city we still managed to be targeted by pickpockets so advice about leaving passports in the safe was very relevant.. The breakfast was good. The rooms clean. We found the 'bathroom' that just had a glass partition separating it from the bedroom most off putting! When the light was on you had no privacy whatsoever from you partner as one could see the occupant of the bathroom having a shower--totally intrusive. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Only one of everything for a double occupancy was daft. We had to ask for two tea bags, two shower gels and extra milk. The room was clean though.

Specifically, Tiago at the front desk was super helpful in recommendations as well as helping us book bus tickets. The rooms are very hi-tech with great media inputs, sound and lighting. The wellness center is also quite lovely and provided a nice break after walking around all day. The Internet was a bit difficult to sign in but otherwise zero complaints!

Very central location, easy to access and to find; friendly and helpful staff; superior double is spacious and well laid out, with a seating/TV area and a large free standing round bath - a bit of luxury. Highly recommend an excellent gourmet restaurant called RUBRO, a street up from the hotel (2 min walk towards Av. Liberdade,) - excellent fresh modern Portuguese food and friendly service. Liked contemporary but tasteful design of the hotel lobby and of the room. Huge and very comfortable bed, efficient soundproofing, quiet air-con. Complimentary tea/coffee machine, juice & water are also a great plus. - very confusing lighting system, unnecessarily-so and can imagine very frustrating for less technologically-able clients; - plastic wobbling planks as a shower floor - slippery and dangerous if one’s not steady-footed, and gave off a mouldy/stale water smell, a bit unpleasant.

Very friendly staff, spoke English well. Very helpful with directions to dining. The room is an architectural puzzle. Very very stylish, but not particularly functional. Sliding glass panel doors that block the closet when using the WC, electrical panels that must be turned on before lights can be turned on, no phone directory for the hotel services, they must be accessed through the tv, etc. And of course, no crash course directions in how to actually use the room.

The location is good, and I liked the shower in the room. I don't understand what the hotel got such good reviews for. There is nothing special about it at all. - breakfast is pretty bad, they could make more effort - after cleaning the room smells insecticide - the Wifi is crap: both the coverage and their system with codes that expire for every device - staff was nice, but couldn't help much with - interior-wise they have polished some things, but left other spaces untouched - such as the elevator and the toilet

We were adviced to book a room in the hotel by the htel we stayed at the night before, and we were not dissapointed. The hotel was easy to find even though we are new to Lisbon. The parking in the basement was the first to cheer us up, as Lisbon is very trafficy. Teh outside of the hotel was quite ordinary, which increased our surprise when we entered the lobby and saw the ultramodern and calm and appealing interiour. The atmorphere was very calm and comforting and so was the staff. Our room was excellent. Our highest recommandations!!

The room and common areas were nicely designed and clean. The transparent shower may not appeal to all but functionally it works better than many other hotels we have stayed at. The free Nespresso and mini bar in the room were a nice treat. Breakfast was good and even when it was busy, staff worked hard to clear tables and get you seated quickly. The location was good and close enough to a metro station if you need it. The wifi was difficult to access but it was free so can't complain.
