Excellent location; gorgeous old stone building; perfect hotel setting; welcoming and intimate; helpful and knowledgeable staff; beautiful dining room; both meals we had were delicious; would visit again and will tell our friends about it.

Good location near to touristics places by walking

Extremely noisy, unconfortable beds, ridiculous breakfast with no variety, very old installations (maybe from Oporto´s foundation...), rooms without wifi coverage, c6'' TV (my tablet is larger), hot water availability problems in the mornings... Definitely we do not recommend this hotel

The Hotel Internacional Porto far exceeded our expectations. Firstly the staff (everyone of them we met) are the some of the nicest we have come across in all our travels. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being too obtrusive. Secondly the hotel location is amazing! It is so central. We could walk everywhere and felt very safe there. There is a bank next door to the hotel so there are two policemen stationed there 24hrs a day which adds to the feeling of security. Thirdly the hotel provides excellent value for money. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I hear who is traveling to Porto and is looking for a hotel.

Fantastic location and real value for the money. It was easy to orient ourselves in town and arrange our programs directly from the hotel, at the reception.

The breakfast is limited and basic, at least in comparison with other hotels in the same price range. Other than that absolutely worth the money.

Location and dinner was good, breakfast was ok. We had a rear room with no outlook in order to get a quiet room

Room at rear while quite had a very poor outlook into an internal yard which meant we had to have lights on while in the room. Breakfast was also very basic and dissappointing particularly compared to diner which was very good

No hot water to shower and staff didn't seem to care.

The bar next to the hotel makes good cuba music, you can listen from your room.

-Poor location, not so close to metro. The heart of Porto city is nearby the river. - Linens were dirty, also pillows were bad. - Bathroom was dirty. - Hotel staff were unfirendly. ı deffinetly do not suggest this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and all seem to speak English, French & German, one Receptionist/Barman spoke English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian & Hungarian! Impressive! Food in the restaurant was very good. Location is excellent, near the Town Hall, 10 minutes walk from everything.

The street below our window was very noisy throughout the night so never got a proper nights sleep, pillows were very uncomfortable and room was quite dated

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel

La chambre et la salle de bains exigües, le manque de séchoir à cheveux bien que l'on puisse en emprunter à la réception. L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre historique de Porto fait qu'il se trouve dans un rue très étroite les chambres sont donc sombres.

Posizione, cortesia e disponibilita' dello staff, oltre ad un gradevole ambiente ed un ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Le stanze leggermente piccole, ma non si puo' volere tutto.

Excelente Localização. Simpatia por parte do funcionários do Hotel, muito prestáveis. Limpeza. Quartos confortáveis. Bom Pequeno almoço para a categoria.

Fraca insonorização dos quartos. No geral, a precisar de modernização (wc's, chão e tv's)

Me ha gustado bastante, el servicio ha sido encantador y muy amable.

Hacía un poco de frío en la habitación y se notaba humedad. El desayuno buffet era un poco pobre...
