Comfort , value , near enough to main things , good breakfast included . Pool facilities . Taxi rank outside . Bus stop outside Disappointed that they charges 9 euros per hour to check in early . If the room is ready it is ready . I paid it as useful to us . A bit rip off prices on food and drink . |

It is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. I understand that the SPA is additional cost but the gym should have been included in the room rate. |

the rooftop pool area was nice big bed had to pay for indoor pool and car park should be free for guests,wouldnt call it a 5 star was comfortable but needed updating |

Clean basically, but also the breakfast was assorted enought and a very good meal, on the buffet. It took so long on the reception for the check in since only one person was there, and when you arrive tired don't like to wait so much. On the other hand wi-fi on the room souhl be for free and with higher power, in fact is one of my decitions to book for an hotel. |

Good location. Played pool and gymnasium it doesn’t make sense for a 5* hotel. Old style furniture, rooms need a restyling. |

The room at the roof close to the pool. Pool was crowded, I didt even had a place to lay down in the sun. Tv room didnt work! Sistem was going off all the time. Air conditioning was not woking properly so the room was extremly warm. The Internet in the Free zone did not work for macox Computers. Some of the Staff at the entrance were no frendly at all...the staff at the restaurant were unacceptable for a 5 star hotel... |

The hotel was nice and relaxed and clean. I did not feel that it was a 5 star hotel. Also on checking in I was told that there had been a problem with my credit card when the booking was made but there was a room available and they would give it to me at the quoted price. |

Pool on the roof as its new but very small and only 10 sunloungers for 500 guests Old hotel , staff very very rude, terrible location in a slum part of the city where all the druggies live and hang around outside the hotel. Not a 5* hotel by any means stay at the tiara 5* its amazing, The ipanema park is a total let down |

staff were rude, hotel very old, had to pay to use the gym and pool food was awful. generally the whole hotel needs refurbishment but thye have tricked people by changing the exterior and left everything else the same, stay at the TIARA as its amazing and a genuine 5* Hotel not like the 2* ipanema park |

lovely hotel very nice staff,excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and loved the rooftop pool area. thought it strange that as a guest you had to pay to use the indoor pool.could,nt fault it otherwise loved it . |
