We liked the family room, very spacious with 2 rooms actually and 2 TVs, the hotel has a very nice playground for children and a swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast was very good. 5 star hotel should have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but unfortunately this one doesn´T. Breakfast was good but it was the same every day. Far from the city centre but you can use the sightseeing bus (the bus stop is quite near the hotel) and then visit the city for two days.

Hotel is pleasant, facilities are prety good, you feel confortable. Hotel's dinner buffet is poor, breakfast isn't a 5 star hotel standart, i've encountered a 3 star hotel in food relates services.

Not a realy 5*, more a 4* superiour. Breakfast was to crowded because it does't have a weekend later breakfast and all the people took the last minute to get into the room.

good location, parking, price/value for money not a 'cosy' hotel, big and spacious but lacks something..pool bar not open, one of the main reasons we booked... weather was not conducive to this so good reason...

I liked the squash court because we normally play a lot and was interesting having that activity in the hotel! love the bar in the pool, too bad was closed when we stayed there. We have plans to return there in a couple of months so...maybe next time (for sure). only the bar that was close...but the weather conditions were not great either so...

.khotel staff was very friendly and helpful.food and bar services excellent.we missed our pancakes for breakfast,my wife her hard boiled eggs,but that's trivial.all around we liked our stay in this hotel.local people knows location and our driving was easy. In a city and country full of hotel signs in every town we missed the inanema signs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very interesting design There was a problem with the shower temperature (both rooms, 2nd floor). Not enough elevators for so many guests (after a 10 min wait, I took the stair).

Hotel is very clean and staff friendly and helpfull, good facilities and about 10mins in taxi to Porto Main restaurant closed at night, but meals can be obtained in bar area, which are fairly good.
