very good breakfast. good dinner. very clean.
We always stay at HF Ipanema Park when we go to Porto. It's fantastic when you have young children, extremely welcome.
The water temperature is always changing. The wifi signal is very weak
Location Staff Parking
Wifi was slow
- personal - rooms - clean - breakfast - walk to ocean 30 min - swimming pool on the roof (15th floor)
Breakfast was good.
The whole hotel is NOT a five star: the rooms have carpets (not always clean enough) and are old. The (mini) swimming pool in the rooftop (that should be the highlight of the hotel) had the bar closed during the whole weekend. Although people went for a swim the was nobody from the staff of the hotel around (which is, at least, dangerous). There was noise early in the morning on the corridors (it woke us up at 8 am, on sunday, which was quite unpleasant).
A very, smart, clean and comfortable hotel.
Breakfast, bed, towels
Bathroom was terrible! We had to change our room for the second day because the bathroom was full of water! Even in the second room it was not easy to take a shower without flowing water on the floor!! So I would say it was not an Engineer mad bathroom :))) terrible for a 5 star hotel!!!
Everything was on point ,was even nicer than expected
Rooftop pool. Great breakfast
The breakfast was good value for money and had a good selection.
The quality of the food was truly awful and overpriced. The gym also left something to be desired as all equipment except the dumbbells were old or missing a component to allow actual use of the machine. The pool area was desolate and shut way before the closing time indicated. If this hotel was cheaper and was 3-star I would have given it positive review.
The cost is low, nice pool on the roof, good breakfast, fast WI-FI,
Expensive parking, not a great position in Lisbon
reception area and porter service
room dated and tatty , the cleaning of the room not thorough at all, nice garden but on a main road so very noisy
The hotel lobby
The quality of the room with old furnitures. The room service: I order a grilled fish and I got a mixture that seemed the (or it was..) the leftover of other dinners warmed with microwave oven. Really a disgusting dish paying 18 euros in addition to the service. I will never return to this hotel.
The breakfast was nice, the rooms were spacious and the bed was big and comfortable.
The walls felt like they were made of paper. Screaming baby on one side and hearing how the water runs in the pipes while others are taking a shower. Being in a 5* hotel on the executive floors I expected soundproofed rooms.
the hotel interior was beautiful and the rooms were not too bad
the noise in the corridors was horrendous, walls of the room seemed to have been made out of paper, doors slamming and the access to the private parking was a little ridiculous as you had to leave the main elevators and go via the fire escape exits....
Bar/Lounge, very slow service
HARD TO FIND
The bar and restaurant staff were quite pleasant.
The red haired receptionist whose name I will not mention, needs to take a Customer Service 101 class. We did not get a single smile out of her on the duration of our stay, it was like talking to a robot!
stayed many times and always good, my only criticism would be that the reception desk is sometimes very busy and cant be rushed
Porto and their grilled fish. A fine hotel.
A bit out of town.
Quiet location, nice views
Excellent staff, really helpful, even parked the car for me. True good service. Big reception, smoothly run, with nice bar having outside smoking area. You can order food throughout the day there. Nice base to explore a beautiful area.
<Shower temperature fluctuated a bit, so be careful.
Great value, lovely friendly staff
AC pumped cigarette smoke into my room...in a non-smoking hotel. Go figure...
