I thought the hotel was excellent value as we booked on on a 'summer offer' .

It was a bit of a trek to the nearest tram stop however a taxi from outside the hotel to the centre musica was less than 5 Euros. Also I don't think the hotel is 5 star standard but for the price it was a bargain

The breakfast was good and the selection of items was good as well

The bed was of relatively poor quality and the front desk, although specifically asked to provide a quiet view with a proper view, initially provided a room next to interior construction (hammering) with a view to nowhere...

Very large rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Although no voices where heard in the bedroom, the noise of people closing the doors of their rooms in the corridor was a bit anoying,

No positive comments

Hotel reception staff were not friendly.Room allocated was not great and not four/five star standard - though price of room was not high it just meant that value for money was less. Hotel was not busy and had the look of inactivity about it. Unfortunately the weather was not too good on days we visted and this undoubtedly added to the overall gloomy atmosphere.

When we checked out!

The staff was unhelpful, everything in the room because it didn't look like a 5star hotel! And it is very far from the town centre!

The friendship of the personel.

Too many lines for both breakfast and reception. Except the last day, I allways was delayed (up to 10 minutes) both for entering the breakfast room and to validate the parking ticket ,which was kind of anoying.Also , it is too far away from downtown(5 kilometers)
