Disappointed that they charges 9 euros per hour to check in early . If the room is ready it is ready . I paid it as useful to us . A bit rip off prices on food and drink .

Hotel was good all round, clean, staff helpful, good food. Easy access to beach or city centre.

Clean basically, but also the breakfast was assorted enought and a very good meal, on the buffet.

It took so long on the reception for the check in since only one person was there, and when you arrive tired don't like to wait so much. On the other hand wi-fi on the room souhl be for free and with higher power, in fact is one of my decitions to book for an hotel.

Good location.

Played pool and gymnasium it doesn’t make sense for a 5* hotel. Old style furniture, rooms need a restyling.

massage room reminded me hospital room... could be with nice atmosphere.. but spa is really nice.

This was a 5 Star hotel....but a long time ago.

The hotel was nice and relaxed and clean.

I did not feel that it was a 5 star hotel. Also on checking in I was told that there had been a problem with my credit card when the booking was made but there was a room available and they would give it to me at the quoted price.

staff were rude, hotel very old, had to pay to use the gym and pool food was awful. generally the whole hotel needs refurbishment but thye have tricked people by changing the exterior and left everything else the same, stay at the TIARA as its amazing and a genuine 5* Hotel not like the 2* ipanema park
