понравился завтрак, бассейн на крыше отеля, хорошие и удобные номера, панорамный вид из окон очень неудобные маленькие парковочные места на парковке отеля - мало места для парковки машины даже среднего размера, занимало много времени припарковать машину. также удивил график работы антикварного магазина на первом этаже отеля - мы жили в отеле 3 дня и пытались зайти в этот магазин и утром, и вечером, но он был все время закрыт (мне понравилась одна картина в витрине магазина и я хотела ее купить). в ресторане на завтраке еда разложена на одном небольшом столе и вокруг него постоянная толкучка. |

Отель находится рядом с автомагистралью - удобный въезд-выезд в город, если вы путешествуете на машине. Подземная парковка. Очевидно, что в отеле разный номерной фонд, т.к. на картинках все выглядит очень красиво, а в действительности у нас был номер, который не тянет и на 3*. Муравейник на завтраке, который организован в подвале на минус первом этаже. Старались минимум времени проводить в отеле. |

хороший вид из окна на океан, устье Доуру и город (у нас был 10 этаж), светлый большой номер, до центра 10 мин на такси (6 евро) или на автобусе, нормальные завтраки, не очень разнообразные, но все основное было, минусы - старая мебель, очень грязный ковер в номере, в мини-баре - липкие страшные бутылочки спиртного, очень неудобные подушки, бассейн на крыше очень маленький и территория вокруг него тоже очень маленькая и забита людьми. Отель точно не 5 звезд. не вводить людей в заблуждение и не писать, что этот отель 5 звезд. это даже не 4. |

Nice bar to watch football. Free internet but only in the lobby. Good breakfast. Rooms are okay but not really nicer than cheaper hotels in Porto. Swimming pool costs 5 € for hotel guests. Neighborhood of hotel is nothing special. Overall you can find better hotels for less money. |

The location is excellent for the perifery of Porto and transports including motorway network. The renovation since the rebranding is a big improvement. The breakfast buffet is complete and the service efficient. Yes- the first night we were unable to sleep because of a constant hum and vibration from some machinery all night. The staff claimed they couldn't hear it (the must have gone deaf from constant contact with it!).It turned out to be the air circulation machines a floor down in the garage (where the noise is really loud). They gave us a room for the second night one floor up. |

Very comfortable, with a friendly staff. Wery good housewine in the bar to a reasonabel price. Hard to find the way to go to the hotel on your webbside. Or maby I missed that? |

They sell "pool view" rooms, and the Hotel simply does not have any room facing the pool. It is either river view or city view. |

the room I stayed had a good sea view. The front staffs were not willng to service or answer questions, I think that because we are not the europeans. However, the doormen were so nice. |

Size of room , cleaniness , good quality Bar Charges a bit over the top compared to any other bar in area , don't have a night in hotel bar as a cheap option , as it is not . Inability to check in before 2.00 p.m. , when you are on a 10.00 a.m. arrival even though I asked before hand |

Hotel pool / main lounge 1. No tea coffee facilities in the room. 2. The hot breakfast was not good - cold and no real attempt at good food. They should either do it well or not at all. |

The hotel was 5 star .. and the service excellent .Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent .Good bus service in city ..take abot 15 minutes .Also excellent access to ring road and autoroute to Lisbon I am always surpised that a 5 star hotel in Europe does not have tea of coffee making facilities inthe room also there was no iron or trouser press |
