Kan rekommendera att boka en svit, grymt fina rum och alltid trevligt att ha ett vardagsrum :). Frukosten var mycket bra Donutsen hade ingen fyllning annars fanns allt man kan önska på frukostbuffén! Kanske inte gångavstånd till stan men taxi kostar bara 5 Euro. Ingen bubbelpool men en fin pool. Utomhuspoolen på taket var stängd trots 20 grader och strålande solsken |

Dåligt att ej utomhuspool med tillhörnde soldäck var öppet. Detta marknadsförs ju på hemsidan och poolen var under renovering. |

An extremely good value for money hotel. 5 star hotel at low cost price. Compared to 5 star hotels in Porto, clearly the best option in terms of price Not having staff service (valet, luggage etc) with late check in, we had to carry everything ourselves. In need of some decoration/renovation upgrade in terms of rooms, when compared to its direct rivals (sheraton and Tiara) |

Swimming pool was excellent. Nice room, plenty of space. The taxi driver took me to the other Hotel Fenix. It would be useful to warn people about this potential problem. Also room service food was not available until 8.00pm which was too late. |

Good bed matresses and decent and comfortable room.Bathroom clean and good. Stayed on the 9th floor, noise from ventilation system on the lower floors wasn't a problem.Vent. very noise when entering from the garage.And sound isolation is quite poor. I could hear too clearly the night "exercise" of my neighbours. * 5 star classification overrated for this hotel.Some of the facilities deserve a 4 star but needs to refurbish and a interior "face lift" to even keep the 4 starts, does not deserve 5.Cracks on marble on bathroom, on wall on the bedroom. Breakfast not included, neither use of garage...or any other extra, on a 5 star hotel! Strange that reception on check in asked a couple for both to show their identification instead of only 1 as is custom...strange smell on reception/lobby. |

Loved the Hotel! We had a family room, which had two rooms - a room for children with a bunk bed and another room with a nice huge comfortable bed. The Breakfast was also very good. Swiming pool cost 5 euros per person - I believe for the ***** stars hotel -it should be free! |

My room was at a good price but it was not like the room pictured at the hotel web site. The furniture was old fashioned, the tv was not a flat panel, and there was no free wireless in the room. Parking was too expensive. |

The room The staff at the hotel were very unpleasent and we was made to feel very uncomfortable, also on the second day of being at this hotel we were unable to use the bar / restaurant as there was a function taking plasce for vodafone or some other telephone company, i felt this was very unfair as we paid to stay in the hotel and was unable to use its facilities. |

The hotel has very nice and clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the hotel bar. I really like the breakfast. There is very nice pool at the top floor, which I didn't visit due to weather circumstances. I didn't like bad smell at the corridors and lack of leisure facilities. Location is a quite distant from main city attributes. |

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with so much choice and variety and having it served until 10h30 didn't hurt either! The mattress was quite old and has seen better days -- every morning I woke up with a stiff back. |

Breakfast Far from city centre (20mins by bus from hotel) also my bag was opened and my laptop broken when i left it with the hotel porters. Although I didnt complain as I didnt know until I got home. |

The hotel was Ok the breakfast was excellent. Its ridiculous to pain €5 Euros to use the swimming pool. When you are at a 5 star hotel you do not think about paying an extra to use the swim pool or the gym it doesn’t make any sense. |
