Good parking facilities, town centre a short walk away, staff friendly and helpful A minor niggle - the lifts. There were too few to cope with the peak period usage over the weekend and it was never possible to tell which way the lift was going to go once one stepped in; it didn't matter whether the up or down button was pressed, the lift seemed to stop regardless of the direction it was going to travel. |

I liked the hotel and staff. However it is not convenient for sightseeing in the city of Porto. This is a business hotel and hosted a number of small conferences during our stay. Only the difficulty getting to the sights I wanted to see. |

Location, Breakfast and Staff The decor inside the room especially the carpet .. also the carpet along the corridor - they simply do not gel well. The upholstery also needs to be relooked. the fresh wood work inside the room needs a polishing - it was giving an unplesant smell. |
