Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen erinomainen. Myös sijainti oli hyvä. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat erittäin siistejä. Huone oli myös tilava ja valoisa. TV:n kanavavalikoima oli erittäin laaja. Tyyny oli kova. Huoneesta oli myös vaikea löytää pistorasiaa esim. puhelimen lataamiseen. Löytyi vain yksi pistorasia, joka oli televisiolle eli tv ei voinut katsoa samalla kun latasi puhelinta |

No complementary fresh drinks or snacks in the room, this is pity for a 4* hotel. Instead a very expensive mini bar and a hidden form of applicable fares. |

Staff was friendly.. The air conditioner of the all hotel (or the 5th floor as the staff said) was broken in the beginning of november, it only spread cold air ... at nights, I felt so cold...and the last night, after 3-4 days, they could be able to repair it...... |

Conveiniencia Niggly things. I couldn't turn off the room light without taking out the card. The television command didnt work properly. The croissant for breakfast was hard (pastry?). My colleagues whom had a 12 booking didnt hav hot water |

Spacious, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, location near "Crystal Palace park" with splendid views, shopping center and some bars/restaurants The smell of old, the crowded breakfast room, the fact that there are only 2 elevators (5 minutes of waiting is no exception), the not so centric location (but taxi to center is only 5 €!) |

The hotel staff where helpful, polite and spoke good English. The rooms where well serviced and quiet. It's fairly well located for the newer parts of the city. It's not quite as close to the centre as it implies but good transport links mean it's easy to get around, although these are not well advertsed. This is not really the hotels fault - It has more to do with the poor tourist information available in the city generally. However, when we asked the hotel staff they where very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. |

We felt the Hotel offered good value for money. The rooms were large and comfortable. We felt that the rooms would benefit from tea and coffe making facilities and that sometimes the staff did not fully explain themselves in terms of the service they provided. |

Beds rather too hard and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast could offer better selection of juice cereal breads etc for a 4 * hotel |

Staff Far from the City Centre, not very close to any metro station, not well connect to the City centre at night, old rooms facilities, tv remote control was broken and was not replaced, asked for a double bed and got a twin bed. |

The staff on reception were welcoming and could communicate in English. The breakfast was fine except the bacon was very fatty.The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern.The location was half an hour walk to the old town which was fine for us as we like walking. |

Nice hotel with helpfull reception staff. Good transportation to the center (Sao Bento rail station) by bus (1.50€) or taxi (4.50€) You can walk downroad to the center (45 minutes) |

Close to the city center, not far away from airport, nice and gentle staff The hotel is old furnished, view from window on the awful parking, no garage, very small parking spots paid 9 EUR/night, droping water from ceiling, lift didn't work, airconditional didn't work properly |

The suite was very comfortable and was a very good value. The location is convenient to restaurants. The internet access was helpful. The lobby and lounge are very attractive and large. |
