Nice hotel with helpfull reception staff. Good transportation to the center (Sao Bento rail station) by bus (1.50€) or taxi (4.50€) You can walk downroad to the center (45 minutes) |

Close to the city center, not far away from airport, nice and gentle staff The hotel is old furnished, view from window on the awful parking, no garage, very small parking spots paid 9 EUR/night, droping water from ceiling, lift didn't work, airconditional didn't work properly |

The suite was very comfortable and was a very good value. The location is convenient to restaurants. The internet access was helpful. The lobby and lounge are very attractive and large. |

breakfast good and rooms tidy. It had a sterile, cold atmosphere and was not in a good location for us to walk each day into the old city. |

room was clean. Check in and out was fast. There was no any vegetable for the breakfast. Also it was not possible to get it, since we had to leave before 7 am. It was proposed to pay for some small take away package. |

Room is comfortable and quite. Staffs especially at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The price is very reasonable. Not very close to tourist spots (takes 5euro to city center by taxi). Some traffic jam to arrive from the airport. |

Lovely hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, staff kind and helpful.For internet needs I took the free wi-fi package in floors 6-7, nice touch at no extra charge. |

Easy to find and hotel parking for car rental. Used taxis intracity which cost about 5 euros anywhere. Shopped mall 2 blocks away while husband napped. Internet direction to hotel wrong - exit beltway at Campo Alegre which is hotel address. |
