The size of the apartment was perfect, large enough for 3. Not many activities available as they only run on certain days.... which is ok if you have two weeks however if you only have 4-5 days it limits what you can see and do without a car. This is not the hotels fault is is the organised tours with which they work. The fact that you have to go into town to buy dishwashing detergent and sponge - a containted apartment with complete cooking facility and dishware should as a basic standard come with products in order to clean these utensils. Simply ridiculous! On top of you are not told of this until you find out the hard way - with dirty dishes in the sink. |

The staff were so helpful and accomodating, always pleasant to deal with. The hotel was right on the beach and close enough to Praia Do Rocha to avail of the local amenities, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were slap bang in the middle of a high rise resort. The hotel was very dated, the reception/rooms/restaurant could all do with some redecoration, but I fear that that would come at the expense of the customer as with all these things! So maybe it's best to leave it as it is, a reasonably priced family hotel with a great location and lovely staff. |

The location of the hotel is excellent as are the facilities and staff,an all round great place to stay, The beach is spotlessly clean with an excellent selection of reasonably priced restaurants,staff are very efficient and provide a first class service. |

The superb attention of the staff was overwhelming and very much appreciated,reception was excellent,as were the housekeeping staff. the restaurant was perfect and food served was first class, really loved the towels supplied by the resort for use in the spa which was spotlessly clean at all times. all in all a very enjoyable and relaxing time was had,we will certainly be returning soon. |

Was located adjacent to beach. Hotel staff cleaned room every day and provided clean linen. Staff were helpful. Nice pool although water could be warmer ! Good facilities. Not much in Praia do Vau itself - a few below average restaurants. It was however no more than EUR 4-5 to either Praia da Rocha or Alvor. The hotel is located on a fairly busy road so there is noise from traffic so a light sleeper may suffer from this. We picked accommodation because of quality and proximity to beach and were very pleased in those respects. Also contacted hotel in advance regarding transfer from airport to hotel. Told me they could organise taxi for EUR 80, didnt go for this. While there, they were however able to organise shared transfer to airport for EUR 34 ! |

A piscina interior e os balneários são óptimos. Os quartos são espaçosos e a cozinha é funcional. O ginásio tem máquinas antiquadas e fora de funcionamento. O looby de entrada necessita ser melhorado. |

Gostei do Local, no hotel são cuidadosos com os apartamentos, mesmo sendo um hotel já com alguns anos está em perfeito estado de conservaçao, há preocupaçao com a manutenção dos apartamentos e recheio dos mesmos, sendo visivel remodelações efectuadas recentemente. na generalidade gostei da estadia. |
