The staff spoke rather bad english, but their good will compensated that. Nice place, good value. We've booked a smoking room but there was a problem with the electronic key system in the only smoking room that left, so we had to take it. That was the only negative experience there. |

It was a short stay, but the hotel is on very convinient location to explore the center of the city; we stayed in hotel suite; the room was big and very clean. |

Convenience to city centre, spaciousness of room Breakfast was poor quality, double bed only 135 cm (not forewarned of this, although sister Afonso V specifies whether double bed is small). Lock on windows broken, single glazing meant noise outside interfered with sleep, BBC TV did not work although there was a channel for it, therefore mindless CNN was the only possibility for English speakers.. |

Hotel agradável, muito sossegado, limpo, com um pequeno almoço honesto. Contudo, deveriam melhorar a qualidade do café. Não fica bem ter de pagar 0,50 euros extra, ao pequeno almoço, para ter acesso a um café expresso. |

Gostei especialmente da simpatia e da disponibilidade dos funcionários. Não gostei do facto do bar do hotel estar fechado durante o fim de semana, aplicando-se o mesmo à sala de jogos. |
