I particularly liked the location of the hotel (literally across the street from Jerónimos and Pastéis de Belém). The breakfast variety and quality was reasonable for a 4-star hotel. The level of the accommodations was quite good as well as the tourism information provided in the rooms. The bath tub protection was not very efficient keeping the water inside and so the whole bathroom was literally flooded no matter how much caution you took in the shower. Adding the water on the floor with the height of the tub it was quite dangerous to leave the tub and even more uncomfortable to stay the bathroom stepping on cold water. Although the information in the room said that the Wine bar was open until 1 a.m., we never got to try it because we got to the hotel on Saturday night before mid-night and were told that the bar was already closed. |

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, meaning even though outside the city, the center is near- just 20 minutes by bus or tram and the congress center is reachable within 25 minutes walking distance. The district is Belem, which is very lively and there is a wide choice of local restaurants. The hotel is sited just opposite the Jeronimus monastery, the windows are doubleglassed. My room was facing the street and there was nearly no noise. There is a great choice at the breakfast buffet- you have to try the famous custard tarts, which are delivered daily. The hotel is relatively new, very clean and stylish-even though it does not make the impression of a sterile atmosphere. Just to notice, that there is no sign outside, indicating where the hotel entrance is located, so it might cause some confusion, if people do not arrive by cab. |

Very friendly service, nice design rooms and very good location in Belèm next to the monastary. Only minus point: no swimming pool where you can dive in after a hot day in the summer months. |

Arquitectura interior do hotel, o conforto da cama e das cadeiras, o silêncio no quarto, o pequeno almoço com pastéis de belém e as estátuas do lobby da entrada. A janela não fecha na integra deixando um raio de luz exterior no quarto. |

Calme absolu , proximité immédiate de tour de bélém et monastère hyeronimos , tramway à 1 minute de marche pour visiter le reste de la ville ,génial Absence de séchoir à cheveux ,on avait réservé cet hôtel un peu cher pour être sûrs de dormir et être impeccables pour retourner travailler , raté pour le brushing!! |

Très bien situé à Belem au calme et à côté des monuments à visiter. Avec le tram 15 il est rélié directement au centre. Jolie décoration de la chambre et des espaces communs. Buffet petit déjeuner très bien. Les salles de bain sont très mal insonorisées et on entend tout dans la chambre.La salle de petit déjeuner est très bruyante. |

la gentillesse des personnes de la reception , le buffet dejeuner est correct, le service soigné et efficace les chambres un peu petite , le manque de visibilité de l'hotel a partir de la rue. le bar est très froid et la carte du room service est réduite au minimum |
