Sobretot l'amabilitat del personal de recepció. Ens van permetre deixar les bicicletes dins una sala, al costat de la recepció. Els esmorazars. eren excel·lents i copiosos. El suc de taronja boníssim. Bona ubicació i bona comunicació.

Bona facilitat d'aparcament a davant de l'hotel, però compte amb els arbres, ja que desprenen una mena de resina llefiscosa que et deixa el cotxe ben brut i enganxifós.

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast included in our room rate. Convenient location for Belem points of interest. Close to transportation in to the centre of Lisbon. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on Reception.

Nothing.

It is very close to a lot of historical sites, within walking distance. It's a great location to go to the beach as well. The staff were really helpful with directions and making bookings.

I used taxis a lot to get to the city central which wasn't so convenient.

Great staff very helpful, easy to get to city with local transport. Those Belem tarts are served at breakfast so yummy.

Calm atmosphere. Quite. Relaxed. Excellent value for money. Nice location next to historical siteseeing. Little bit out of down town shich is benefit. Good breakfast - lots of fresh fruits.

Minimalist decor. Excellent breakfast with welcoming staff. Location. Room size.

Bed was too hard for our personal preference.

Good breakfast included in rate and free Wifi. Friendly staff.

Cleaness of the floor in room. Narrow space between bed room and bath - even door cannot be opened fully.

Nice bright , light and clean Hotel. Room was a double and comfortable, well laid out, bright and clean. Service on checking in and out was very good and location of Hotel was excellent for my business purposes but also for visiting Historical and architectural buildings ,sites etc which are in this location!

No Tea or Coffee making facilities in room !

Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Dacio. Room was large and bright with good facilities.

Our room was unfortunately next to the lift which was a bit noisy.

The location beside Jeronimos monastery is so convenient to many tourist sites .The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the standards are very high. The breakfast buffet is excellent and is refreshed constantly . A great hotel for a trip to Lisbon

Across the street from the famous monastery. Close to Pasteis de Belem.

The hotel was so convenient for all the attractions we wanted to see and well served by public transport.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was good,especially the local pastries.We were able to park our car safely nearby.

The rooms were a little bit small, but this was ok for a short trip like ours.We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room,very welcome after a long journey if not some bottled water which we did not have to pay for.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. anything I asked, I got answered and assisted with. The hotel has a Bar, with, among all the other good stuff, a very tasty Chicken-broth. You must try it!

Great location. Good price. Big rooms. Nice people. Benem is perfect location for a tourist. Can see almost everything on foot.

Carpet in room was stained

The hotel is very good, with friendly staff, excellent accomodation and great location, since it is right in the middle of Belem, and this makes everything easier when visiting lisbon.

Perfect and convenient location. A short walk to Jeronimos monastery, ccb and "Pasteis de Belem". Tram stop through city center is also nearby. The breakfast is well served. And the room was quiet enaough to our little baby.

The location was in a nice part of Lisbon, next to the Monastry of Jeronimos, and at walking distance from the Belem Tower. The Alfama and Baixa, the centre of Lisbon, are a 15-minutes drive by tram. The staff was also helpful and friendly and the room clean.

The room was small for the price we pay and very basic. Moreover, almost transparent bathroom doors are not necessarily the best options even in boutique hotels.

the hotel is in very good location. there were some previous reviews of the hotel that i consider were not fair. the attention of the staff is excellent. the daily selection for breakfast is very good. the hotel is clean and decent. i highly recommend the stay in this hotel.

there as nothing so important to disturb my stay.

All of the staff were impressively friendly and kind, also they were very professional and made our anniversary experience be flawless with the romantic package the hotel offered. The breakfast (we chose to get it on bed) was very good with a variety of breads and the best that Portuguese cousin can offer, Pasteis de Belem.

At about 11 o'clock in the morning there was some abnoxious noise coming from the floor above. Sounded like a construction.

We stayed at Jeronimos 8 2 nights while traveling in Portugal and we really love the hotel. Great design, very nice and helpful staff. Our first room was a bit noisy in the morning but this is because we like to sleep late. Breakfast very good, even serve champagne. Perfect location in Belem right beside the monastery. We fully recommend this hotel!
