Die MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundluch und bemüht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich nicht; für ein Design-Hotel wenig aufregendes Design; kleine Zimmer; im Badezimmer wird zwar auf den Umweltgedanken hingewiesen (nur Handtücher, die am Boden liegen, werden ausgewechselt), aber das Hotel hält sich nicht an den eigenen Umweltgedanken! |

Gute Lage gerade beim Kloster und in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof war mir wichtig, unbedingt vorher reservieren. Das Frühstück mit Belém-Spezialität. Es hat nur ganz wenige Zimmer, so wie auf dem Bild dargestellt. Etwa die Hälfte der Zimmer sind zur Strasse hin orientiert und weniger attraktiv. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for the major attractions in Belem and it was easy to get into the centre of Lisbon. These are very minor points but there was no mirror except in the bathroom (it would have been helpful to have one in/on the wardrobe). Also there were no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom except at the very back of the shower/bath itself. |

Design of the hotel was nice, room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. Shower/bath door did not hold in the water so the floor got soaked and slippery. Could be a safety issue especially when climbing out of the shower/bath. |

The rooms with bath robes and slippers. The breakfast was fantastic.Overall a good experience. Extractor fan did not work in the bathroom. We reported same to staff for repair. |

Relaxing atmosphere, excellent breakfast (organic scrambled eggs - best ever - and organic orange juice, terrific choice and range), sun terrace, decor - I am a pretentious textile designer who likes to be surrounded by beautiful things and the paintings and sculptures are amazing and chosen to fit in with the hotel's colour scheme, large comfortable bed with amazing pillows and beautiful bedding. Not so much not like but one thing that is really a safety issue. The bath/shower area is not easy to access and while it looks beautiful (soft grey marble) can be potentially dangerous - easy to slip. |
