On arrival I was offered an alternative room (suite) at a cheaper rate than the two rooms I had booked via internet. The room was fine. Breakfast was good (eggs as well as usual continental), and served on time (We needed early start) |

Very convenient central location from which to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon. This is our third stay at Jorge V and we will book again. Would have preferred the hairdryer away from the sink in the bathroom, preferably in the bedroom but certainly away from water. |

We enjoyed the hotel. Staff were excellent! Wonderful breakfast with very hard working staff. Great attitude! Hotel is well situated in good part of town. We walked everywhere. |

The hotel was centrally/conveniently located for my purposes(I was attneding a business event). The air-con was good, and the room had a mini-bar. The service was quite friendly. My room definitely needed renovation, and the thick floor-to-wall carpeting is not good for guests with dust allergies. The shower basin was tiny, and there was no hand shower unit. The breakfast was pretty lousy, and the boiled eggs were over-cooked, the fried eggs were burnt, and the scrambled eggs were very fatty. The fresh bread was the only positive point. |

The lifts where dangerous as you could stick your hand out of them, I would be very uncomfortable to go there with my young children for this reason. |

good central position,good inclusive breakfast and generally acceptable place even if some attention to detail was lacking [ see below] some of the items in room were part broken ie hair dryer and tv remote |

The hotel is very central. Within easy access of public transport connections and within walking distance to many places of interest. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, clean and tidy room. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly (especially the barman). Bathrooms dated and shower facilities small (shower over a small bath) but working. |

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was a nice double. The breakfast was pretty adequate. It is situated on the main avenue of Lisbon, at a short distance from the central attractions. It also has 2 metro stations very nearby, though I prefer a nice strall along the avenue. The water and power outlets are rather old and in need of an upgrade |

The hotel is near the city center and very convenient for walks thru the city. It is located in quiet area yet close to the city center. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. |

Location was very good. Breakfasts (included in price) were outstanding. Logistically, flow of guests into breakfast room, would be enhanced by posting a sign advising guests to wait to be seated. Rooms at back of hotel have poor views. |

Location was right in the middle of the city,near bus,bus tours,shops,attractions,metro.Everything is so close to the hotel.Staff were very friendly and very informative.Loads of tourist information at reception. |

1. The location, in fact in the centre and easy to reach public and tourist transport 2. Everything, except the price of internet access on their single, lobby computer Internet access is charged at 0.35 cent a minute in hotel lobby. This is extremely expensive. Local internet cafes charge about 2.50 Euro per hour in Lisbon |

The parking was really easy right in front of the hotel and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the main area-very friendly and helpful staff The room was very basic and dated with 70's style carpet and the toilet was in such a position in the small bathroom that you could not even sit on it properly as it was so close to the wall! |
