The hotel is very clean. The staff helpful. We needed a *faxed* hotel reservation confirmation. They mailed it, so it was useless. This cost us time and money. |

The hotel was very well situated for accesss to the town centre ;the airport shuttle bus is opposite the hotel at the moment the fare is 3E Our room was at the back of the hotel over looking some type of industrial developments.Front rooms had balconies and chairs. |

The location is very good and the breakfast was fine, but the twin room was relatively small and so was the bathroom. The hotel needs to be extensively redone, as its age shows everywhere. |

very helpful & polite to us who do not speak portuguese. their willingness to speak english made us feel comfortable unlike many 3-star hotels staff in spain & italy whom we encountered in our annual visits there since 2001. no wireless internet for hotel guests. there is a single desktop in the lobby but out of service. even if it worked, exorbitnt charge @EUR21 an hour or EUR0.35 per minute |

Enjoyed our stay and the hotel was in a good location Queueing for breakfast was tedious especially when there were spare seats available at tables although the staff didn't appear to want people to share tables with other guests |
