Cleansiness, centrally located, close to beach, great sea view, room size. Small pool, poor quality breakfast, unfriendly staff, hidden costs- i.e. no iron resulting in having to pay for laundry. |

1) Closeness to the beach. 2) Hotel had good night time entertainment consisting of a singer & dancing allowed in the pool area at the front of the hotel. It was also opened to public. 3) good food & staff were friendly. The bathrooms had everything you need but were small & tight. |

The hotel is situated in the centre of praia da rocha and is 500m from one of the finest beaches in europe. Only down side the beds are single 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. |

Location is excellent Hotel Staff could have been a little bit friendly especially on front desk.When we arrived at front desk our small child got very sick & the Staff on reception did not do anything to help or assist.Not very customer friendly. Staff in breakfast room were a bit better & the staff in the Jupiter Spa were very polite & friendly. |

The breakfast. The quality of the bed The room was awful in terms of decoration (clearly not suitable for a 4 star hotel). The air conditioned didn't work properly. The water pressure was low. |
