Posizione vicina al mare e alla zona pedonale

Molto bello, moderno, con piscina, curato, camere molto pulite e belle. Prezzo conveniente. Adatto sia per affari che per vacanze. Ottima posizione per chi piace il mare.

Non è presente la connessione Internet WI-FI nelle camere

Veramente un buon hotel per le camere vista mare.

Le camere laterali... Era come essere nel grande fratello visto la vicinanza agli altri hotel, ci si guardava in camera! Inoltre le tende erano trasparenti non garantivano la privacy e il mattino troppa luce, non si riusciva a dormire. Era a pagamento anche il percorso piscina della spa...

L'ottima posizione sul mare

La colazione ha caffè e cappuccino imbevibili, di pessima qualità erogati da un distributore automatico.

Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo, ben situato per spiaggia anche se non ho potuto goderlo per niente perché impegnato. Staff corretto e gentile. Io ho solo pernottato e prima colazione, entrambi molto buoni

Scarsa possibilità di parcheggio anche in bassa stagione.

Bella struttura, adeguata anche per viaggiatori d'affari. Camere spaziose e comode. Ricca colazione a buffett con proposte per tutti i gusti. Parcheggio abbastanza comodo nelle immediate vicinanze (almeno nei mesi invernali, in piena stagione non saprei). E' il miglior albergo di Portimao.

La connessione internet è disponibile wifi, ma solo nella hall, non nelle camere.

Alla reception, lo staff è molto gentile. Pulizia.

Parlavo in spagnolo per agevolare il dialogo, ma rispondevano in portoghese... Direi quindi che sono un po' carenti sulla conoscenza delle lingue... Nel bagno in camera avrei voluto trovare almeno un bagnoschiuma oltre che due semplici saponette, considerando che è un hotel a 4 stelle...

Incredibly polite staff, spotlessly clean, excellent food. They could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. Location fantastic for beach and local facilities without being in a noisy area. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and we will definetly be returning.

The location is absolutely perfect... at the end of a street with a lot of pubs, bars and restaurants and at the crossing towards the beach.

It's a little bit noisy, especially flushing of toilets.

\i felt it was a bit run down and could do with redecorating.

The location was excellent as it was close to all amenities and close to a local bus route to get around the area. The Hotel was classified as 4* and was in fact a 4* unlike many Hotels in Europe which are usually 2 -3 * at best. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help and oblige. I had e-mailed in advance to ask that our group could be seated together in the Restaurant but on arrival found that this hadn't been communicated to the Restaurant. After speaking to the Restaurant Manager this was arranged immediately and we had the same tables for the duration of the holiday. The evening entertainment was very limited but as there are some excellent local bars with live entertainment this was not a problem.

It in no way spoilt my holiday but if I have to make just one comment it is that the food choices were somewhat limited at the evening meal. I took a group of 22 people and some were disappointed that there was a meat dish and a fish dish every evening, but the meat dish was always either beef or pork, and the vegetable choice was very limited to mainly carrots or broccoli. The quality was good in everything and breakfast options were very good.
