Location is excellent Hotel Staff could have been a little bit friendly especially on front desk.When we arrived at front desk our small child got very sick & the Staff on reception did not do anything to help or assist.Not very customer friendly. Staff in breakfast room were a bit better & the staff in the Jupiter Spa were very polite & friendly. |

Funcionários mais solicitos e melhor informados são urgentes! Um dos funcionários confunde o conceito de "hóspede" com o conceito de "staff". O ruído dos concertos nocturnos ao ar livre é incómodo. Solicitei que me fosse exibida a licença especial de ruído e, depois de prometida várias vezes, nunca me foi exibida. Mais de cinco dias depois, ainda não me foi remetida, apesar de insistências. |

Da localização. As janelas são perigosas, abrem com demasiada facilidade e são tentadoras principalmente para as crianças. A decoração dos quartos poderia ser modernizada. |

Correspondeu às expectativas, isto é, funcional. A localização é excelente. O pequeno almoço poderia ter uma componente de fruta fresca maior e mais diversificada, bem como mais alternativas em termos de alimentos integrais. |
