One thing is the menu, Three choices from the menu, one usually being fish. If you are a fussy eater, some meals might prove difficult.

A nice clean hotel with a great location overlooking the beach,walking distance to the nightlife but far enough away not to disturb sleep. Friendly and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast with plenty of options from a fry up to healthy wholemeal cereals and breads, good spa facilities and nice spacious rooms.

The beds - single beds pushed together, they just don't work. We upgraded to an exectutive room so was expecting a double or king size bed.

I Was Very Disappointed With New Year Party, Specially with the food, me, my wife and 1 kid cost 340.00 euros, for fish with no taste and a veal about the same, the only good things is the plate with a chestnut and Potato are yummy. My son only eat dessert for 70 Euro.Kids suppose to be different meal. I expect better quality meal for that price.

The location is superb if you want the beach, restaurants & holiday shops. The reception, loby, spa, restaurant, lifts have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very nice. Breakfast was very good indeed, one of the best! Huge LG flat screen TV in room :) Got a free upgrade to a room with a sea-view without even having to ask.

The room was dated and in need of a refurb especially the bathroom. It lets the hotel down. The balcony furniture was cheap and tacky plastic & old. The corridor carpets were dirty. The hotel often smelled of sewage. The bed was really hard & the receptionist couldn't change the mattress until the morning, so I went home (luckily I only live 30mins away) fetched a mattress topper & then slept well. The mattress was never changed even though he said it would be in the morning. Noise could easily be heard from rooms either side, above & below too eg TV left on all night, shoes clip clop, doors, coughing etc. I had 2 spa treatments during my stay, a pedicure & exotic facial although the spa area is superb the beautician was not up to that standard - she was sloppy, clumsy, & made my foot bleed because she took too much skin off in one area & got face mask over my collar of my blouse. Just not good enough care & expensive.

Big comfortable room overlooking the sea. Spacious and cool public areas. Friendly staff. Free parking.

The breakfast room and buffet in this package-tour hotel lacked the style of the rest of the hotel.

better variety for breakfast when you are staying for the week gets boring resturant is not as good as it was a few years ago need to improve menu and variety.

The old female receptionist who was rude and offhand and didnt seem to want to be there.

The hotel was clean and fresh with a classy, elegant feel about it. The reception area is beautiful and welcoming, the rooms are big and clean and the beds, for me, were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, large selection and the times were accomadating. Location was ideal too. Right next to the beach and close to other towns within walking distance. Would definately stay here again. Thank you

This hotel offers excelent location within 2 minutes walk from Praia da Rocha (probably the best beach in the area). The staff is very friendly. Even though we booked a standard room (with Land View) - staff was very kind to upgrade us to the room with Side Sea View with no additional charge. Breakfast has a good selection of food and we very really happy with it. It is true that hotel is in the heart of night-life of Praia da Rocha, but having air-conditioner and with shut windows this is not an issue at all.

During our check-in hotel staff didn't mention that we need to pay extra to start using safe deposit box in the room. So I had to go down to reception to get things sorted. It would be nice if they offered safe during check-in.

piilows was lousy.. breakfast no fruits
