Despite requesting a quiet room we were allocated one at the front of the hotel above a main road which produced lots of traffic noise all day and into the early hours of the morning,this spoiled our stay.There is also a road running behind the hotel so I doubt it is possible to get a quiet room at the KR So if you are looking for a quiet hotel best not book the KR. Also it seems impossible to get a strong reliable WiFi signal anywhere in the hotel.The breakfast content was barely acceptable and some guests had resorted to bringing their own food into the breafast room to supplement.The buffet was also bit of a shambles with only small amounts of each item put out and quickly used up then guests had to hang around waiting for another small amount being brought by an overworked waitress.Also the tea was a make your own affair with teabags supplied but only a pot of at best warm water to make the brew.Manager please be aware BOILING water is required to make tea.Because of the above we would not stay at this hotel again.

Location very ideal you are within walkin distance of old and new town,big supermarket also very close by!

Poor tv channels in hotel shud ave one english channel as albufeira is full of english speakin tourist!

Would have liked more fruit with the continental breakfast. My son thought his bed was hard. He woke up with backache every morning.

From the time you enter,you feel more than welcome.The hotel is located in a very picturesque location.The staff is very friendly and very helpful. If you want to escape the crowd this is the right place to stay. The facilities are very good,all rooms are very clear, fresh and great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albufeira

location was very good it was near the new town and the old town.

It was central to beach, the strip and the old town. It was cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful

lovely little hotel, basic but that is the contemporary style they are aiming for. Location was excellent and staff could not do enough for us! Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap get away.

Tv channels - none of yhem were in English Bed - a little lumpy Corridor lights - too dim, need to be brighter

location was good, we stayed in the bungalow, very clean and modern. finding the place when we got there was a little difficult, if you have to ask directions, the hotel is just near the "3 palms roundabout".

Not enough facilities in the rooms very limited tv channels as they were all foreign and wifi access was very poor needed to sit beside reception to enable to connect to internet

Staff were top class.location between strip and old town was perfect.wifi was excellent.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, same every day could use a little variety. Location was good, walking distance to the strip and to old town. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel owners where very friendly!! It was my husband birthday and we get a bottle of champagne, that was very nice :-)

Very new hotel, just a couple of years old (at max 4 years). Just by it's location this one is hard to beat. Just in the middle of everything. Tourist Train (zone 2) en busses (blue and green lines) are within 2-3 minutes walk. Prices versus quality is very good (and way above of what I was expecting). Also this is a very clean hotel (stayed in the bungalow (302) for 5 days). Very, very friendly staff delivered everything to the letter and dot of what they are promosing. Didn't feel for just one moment that I was just a number. Needed 2 keys for the same room (302), no problem). Needed transportation towards the Areoporto no problem (just a little bit pricey but it was spotless on time). A big salute to the people who are running this hotel. [spoiler]Thanks for the whisky cola's[/spoiler] ----- Will i return here.(at some day) ?.... no doubt. A priori, loved the small but tailored breakfast location if you look up at the ceiling (I was sort of guessing of what's needs to be done to create one for myself (for my own personal living) Didn't test the swimmingpool.... too cold.

One minor, and that's just a small one, the wifi signal is a little bit weak and only at the lobby or at level 1 (hanging above the lobby), but in the lobby there are comfortable chairs as well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with sorting out transfers for us etc .. We left our room after the cleaner had finished a few times and always found it clean regardless.

The room wasn't cleaned very well during our stay and the wifi didn't work in our room.

The owners & staff were so accomodating & helpful.its a new clean & well run 3 * hotel.excellent location the strip is 5 mins away & the old town near the beach is 8 mins.would definatly come back again the price was a steal!

Quite basic but for the money we paid it was well worth the price!

Clean and tidy. On main road. Car parking.

Poor lighting in corridors (no lights in ceiling, just a few dim wall lights and lamps on the floor). No lift, had carry cases up stairs. Poor breakfast. All night sounds of guests throwing up, running around and setting off fire alarms.
